I am editing my review. My initial experience wasn't an overall pleasant one. HOWEVER, they reached out to rectify the matter and did so promptly. I knew I wanted the car before I walked in the dealership. My previous car was a 2015 Acura RDX. I had searched for quite awhile for the features, price and mileage. Beautiful 2017 Acura RDX I now have! I will mention that out of state buyers will need to include registration taxes in their financing, so keep that in mind. And pay attention to everything in the final paperwork. Thank you Craig for reaching out and making the purchase a happy one. I do love the car!

I came in when they were about to close and Jimmy and the team at Acura made the deal go smooth and quick, without making me feel like I was rushed. The hood needed to be repainted which they took case of quickly. Great service and I m happy with my new TLX!

Jimmy helped us get the car we wanted and was very patient with our questions. We were planning to buy a used car but ended up buying a new one. Unlike other dealerships they were not forcing to buy accessories and catered to everything we asked.Update 1: Yesterday, we discovered a broken glass on the upper corner of the C pillar adjacent to the passenger side. Although I had a picture (albeit of poor quality) of the car before I took possession, it hinted at the possibility of pre-existing damage. I discussed the issue with the sales team, who assured me they would escalate it to their superior for resolution. Given the unusual location of the damage, it's improbable that it resulted from typical road hazards like debris or shopping carts. Rather, it appears to be a result of an inherent weakness or prior fracture, possibly originating from the factory or during transportation or while on the dealership lot. While a rock chip strike could theoretically explain the breakage, there are no signs indicative of such an impact. I am very hopeful Dealership and Acura will stand by their product and fix it. I will update my review once I hear back from dealership.Left of the picture is what I see visible crack and right side before I took the possession. On the right side you can notice some grayish line and a very minor dislocation of glass piece in question in that corner. Like I said earlier, the picture quality is not great so not very conclusive to naked eye.Update 2: Sales team texted me today that they would take care of the situation. Again, superb customer service!

Acura was so great with the entire process. And Jimmy was amazing after I got the vehicle home, he checked in, stayed in touch and made sure I didn't have any issues and if I did he fixed then the best he could. The whole team was very helpful and nice. Made the experience worth it and couldn't have asked for a better place to get a new vehicle.

Sydney has made my entire experience as stress free as it could ever be. He is such a lovely individual, and he was so patient. I had so many questions and concerns and he managed to navigate them with ease. I have never worked with someone who shows so much dedication to not only his job but also the client as an individual. The sales associate Jimmy was awesome to work with. Honest, transparent and patient with me. The car I purchased was a cheaper used one but I was treated like i was spending exotic car dollars here. They allowed me to negotiate to a fair price and I Definitely would recommend doing business here. In and out in less than 1 hour.

I had a great experience with Acura of Johnston. Sidney (salesperson) and Craig (manager) did a magnificent job helping me get into my new MDX. When I said I needed to have my husband look at the car, they let me drive it home and keep it overnight. I had it for almost a full day which really helped me to make the decision and fully explore all the features of the vehicle. Plus they worked with me on the price which certainly helped too .

Kirk did a fine job assisting us in identifying a vehicle that fit our needs. The wait time to meet with finance seemed excessive given the low customer volume. However, I was most disappointed in the lack of attention paid to prepping the vehicle that we purchased for resale. One windshield wiper blade was half way torn off. The rear wiper arm was broken with a cap missing that was present when we did initial inspection. Lastly, one mud flap was hanging on by only one screw. Yes, it was a used vehicle. However, with a $30,000+ sales price and dealer warranty still in effect this just seemed excessive for nickel & dime repair items.

Jimmy at Acura of Johnston was the absolute best to work with. I helped my brother out recently by searching online for a reasonably priced car for him as he needed extra help searching for a vehicle. It was a challenge, however, with me working opposite hours of my brother. I was happy to find one at Acura online within my brother's budget so I reached out online. I hit the jackpot with Jimmy! He went above and beyond to assist me and welcomed my brother in to the showroom when I wasn't able to make it there in person so he could test drive a car that looked great on paper. Jimmy even offered to pick up my brother from his home so he could take my brother back to the dealership to pick up the car he was interested in and take it to his mechanic to look it over. Outstanding customer service! I'm so thankful for Jimmy and for him making this such a painless and less stressful process for my brother and for me! That vehicle ended up being a great choice all the way around for my brother. Sold! I know where I'll be looking for my next vehicle!

Bought a civic here about a month ago from Jack Bryant. The service that I got and experience were both top notch. Very competitive pricing, right at book value... I had an issue with the car a day after buying it, where all of the dash lights came on. I took it back in and, long story short, they took care of everything. They ate the cost of repairing it, while also setting me up with a loaner that was nicer than the car I had purchased... another thing that I really appreciated is that when we started talking about price, they broke down all of the numbers in a simple and easy to read breakdown. They didn't just assume that I wanted the warranty and extras like so many other dealerships. If I get to the point where I need another vehicle - which shouldn't be for awhile - I will definitely look to Acura of Johnston again.

When looking for a new vehicle that would become our first family car, we looked around at multiple car lots. We compared the new, used and certified. After a few weeks of looking and doing research we choose to go with Acura Certified. They had such an extensive checklist that it made us feel so comfortable with our purchase. We ended up with an Acura RDX and it is the perfect SUV for our family. After a few short years we noticed that there was paint chipping above the rear door. We reached out to Acura and they assisted us in getting a quote on how much it would cost us to get this fixed. We went into Acura of Johnston and spoke with Rob the shop manager. We explained our concerns regarding this happening after such a short time owning the vehicle. After our conversation he said that he would reach out to the higher ups and let us know if they could fix this for us. After a few days Rob got back to us and said that they would fix this free of cost to us. We dropped the car off and they gave a 2023 MDX as a loaner (at no cost) for just over a week. When we went to pick up our suv, it was perfect. They did a phenomenal job on fixing our SUV. When it comes time to look for a bigger vehicle, we will be stopping by Acura first. Thank you for everything.

Went in to test drive some cars at Acura of Johnston and Jack took care of everything. He was responsive, professional, and fun to talk with. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was calm and collected. I didn t make any purchases, but the process would be seamless. They replaced my engine in September where they stated they took it apart to make sure it was ok, now in December I had my car serviced at Mile High Acura and they said the engine is leaking. Acura of Johnston who found said engine said oh well the fix isn t covered because the engine was used. The quoted amount to fix this is over $1000 when the engine replacement was $12000. Also this engine is going through a recall, Acura of Johnston doesn t have the same level of customer service as Mile High Acura. Considering they found the engine and checked the engine they could have done more The least they could have said was, hey bring in your car and we can take a look at it. When I first needed my engine replaced with under 100k miles and was looking into the Goodwill Program, I did research online and saw there was an issue with this engine, I was told I ve never seen it approved 9 months out of warranty. Now the engine is being recalled due to the reason why my engine needed to be replaced. Once they found out I had a warranty on the car is when they were more helpful. I do appreciate the help I received after they found out I had a warranty but I ve never heard of a company charge a person getting their car fixed to use a loaner car, they charged the warranty company for me to use a loaner car while they fixed my car. If my warranty company didn t pay them to use the loaner I would have been without a vehicle as the fix took over a month.
