We ordered a pizza. Went to go pick it up. As we were in the store we heard one of the employees complaining and cussing about having to work. He was even throwing things in the kitchen. When we went up to the front counter we trie to tell the front clerk about this but we were ignored. The employees are rude lazy and to be honest the pizza isn't even that good. Don't waist your money here. Just go to the Kwik star it's way better and cheaper.

First off the staff is so incredibly lazy. Today I was charged $3 for a cold brew coffee while I clearly had a slushy on the counter. Turns out the workers are so lazy they put the coffee cups in the slushy cup dispenser and scanned the bar code for an iced coffee and cold brew. Not to mention every time I go in there a line is formed at the counter as the whole staff is taking a hour smoke break. So disappointing for such a nice town.

This store is very unprofessional with both customers and team members. They lack cleanliness and just plain good service. The managers and employees, including regional manager, have negative attitudes and poor management skills. Corporate policies are not practiced, leaving team members in unsafe environments. Shelves are never restocked, coffee machines are often not filled or in non-working order, pizza orders are continuously backed up, just to name a few of the major issues taking place. So sad to see such a small town business in so much turmoil!

The food is usually good but when Charles made my chicken tenders the meat was crunchy and the bread was chewy, and it was pitch black

They have a manager who likes to hire and fire young kids trying to learn to be adults. This place is not as good as it used to be.

The only problem I have with this Casey s is the subs I have ordered subs here and 3 times they have been horribly made..whoever is working at night and making subs for the love of god please train them!!!

Every time I order a pizza they give it away to someone else and make you wait for them to remake your pizza. Half the time the pizza is not even made properly either

Stopped in for a quick drink and snack on my drive. The store's staff was very nice to talk to. The store was very clean and respectable.

Went and got pizza today. Aug. 12 . Great job ladies. Been lucky got the same ladies making it. Before awesome job.

Ordered family pack. Both pizzas and breadsticks were burnt. The ingredients on 1 pizza were shifted to 1 side and dry.
