I went in to buy Victor rat traps, and I asked an employee where they were at, and she was good enough to show me where the traps were, but I was disappointed that they didn't have the wooden style rat traps, they had the two mouse traps in a package traps, but I wanted something more powerful, so I settled on buying the more expensive Duke 110, which is probably better, but I was not looking to spend that much money.

Went there to buy a $299 grill, there was 4 tickets for four grills, had a ticket, shopped for 10 minutes then went to check out and was told that the grills were gone. They sold 2 grills with no tickets. Must have been friends with the cashier to have not had a ticket to buy the grill. Will never shop there again!

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, escorted me directly to the products as opposed to pointing in general direction as has been my experience at other stores such as Target for example.

Great store. We shop there for a variety of items. Friendly and accommodating staff. Popcorn is a nice added feature. Can't go wrong with a snack while browsing the store.

Some staff is not very helpful. CODY IS THE BEST! Thisens offers a decent selection of supplies and equipment. The prices are above average. The store lacks variety in some areas and may not have everything you need. Overall, it's a decent option for basic farming needs.

I used to love this store and I was in it multiple times a day for various needs. Not exactly sure what happened internally but Chuck (who would bend over backwards to help you out) is no longer there. Now there is some new manager and to be honest, I think he is a huge mistake on Theisens part. Not personable at all and the last time I was in there I tried to buy some target tips for my arrows. They are $3.99 but apparently need to be locked up. So I asked one of the employees if they could open the cabinet for me. They said they did not have a key but would call the manager... 10 minutes later he showed up and asked what I needed. I explained to him I needed in the cabinet. He said "oh, ill have to go grab my keys." Off he went and 10 minutes later AGAIN, he came back to unlock the cabinet... Im not one to complain but ZERO ambition, Zero personality and what manager doesn't have keys on them? Maybe I'm over reacting but I never had these issues with Chuck at all!Sincerely disappointed,

Staff are rude and unprofessional talking about one another "gossiping" in front of customers. Asked for help and got eye rolling and literal pouting. I'll drive clear to Marshalltown before ever going here ever again!

This store seemed a bit smaller or had less than some Theisens but still good. Their popcorn machine was out of free popcorn when we were there around 3pm, I was bummed by this. We also had a couple issues at the checkout and our checker seemed a bit too lazy to care. But we love the products and the occasional good deals, plus a few things that are hard to find elsewhere. Recommend this store!

This store manager knows customer service. Went above and beyond for an item that wasn t there. Ordered online so we could get the deal and had it shipped right to the house.Store always has good selection and great sales!

I have been going to the Iowa Falls Theisen's store for years. They have always been very helpful with any questions or issues that I've had. The staff is always friendly and willing to lend a hand.

Go here for anything that has to do with farm supplies chicken feeders big industrial fans everybody has storage units should have mice poison I know it's a terrible way to do something to amount but at the same time your stuff gets eaten it's memories that are gone. You do do a storage unit it should be plastic totes with good lids. Otherwise his place has a supply of everything. Again automatic heaters for your water dishes for the outside animals. A decent trailer and it also has pull behind trailers for your John Deere to pull around. Also have a lot of dewalt Milwaukee ...containers ..drills ...bits and tips... drill bits ...sds bits For your hammer drill

They'll help in anyway possible. Great to shop with confidence! Will go back again, even though I have to travel 40 miles to get there. Because the prices are low. And quality products to get. Also they honor Veterans with discounts too!

Thought the new store would have more selection, but it seems they carry less & less. Staff seems lazy. Shelves are never well stocked. Manager, last year, assured me they were keeping the store in good order, didn't really address my concerns. They never have what we need. Don't waste your time here, make the drive to Ames.

Always get my oil changed here, along other things. They always go above and beyond in making sure that my car is in pristine condition and they always let me know if something is about to go bad or is bad. Never had a bad experience with them. They also have the best pet products!

I have been here a couple of times. I liked it because they have had racks of clothes( shirts & pants) that had price stickers that said 50% off lowest mark down price. I got a pair of Levis for myself and my husband for $20.00, but I don't know if this is a regular event or we were just lucky. I do know that the theisens that I normally shop at, I haven't found that kind of deal. Plus the people who worked there were helpful.

Prices are great!! Getting oil changed seems to always take a minute but they always get it done I've never been rejected for service due to being too busy but seems like they stay pretty steady on oil changes and tire sells!

I wish you would keep a larger inventory on peanut butter treats my dog is very picky he likes the small bow tye peanut butter treats your store is always out of them every time I come to your store! I live all of the other pet supplies you have but you have such a small area for display for peanut treats almost all of my pet supplies come from your store it's too frustrating to go to another store for just those treats! Thank for your consideration on this issue!

I have always enjoyed going to Theisen's. Usually always find what I'm looking for plus I get a free popcorn snack. The staff is very helpful and friendly also.

They never have enough horse feed in stock, then they never know when they will get more in. Their ordering system is terrible. It s hard to keep your horse on the same feed when you go in and they have none of the feed you originally feed, then they tell you to go to Marshalltown or Ames. It s frustrating when they are the only farm store around. Iowa Falls store

Always love going here. One stop shop for many things. I dont consider it expensive, you pay for quality. Friendly employees and very helpful.
