Tim made my experience of buying a new vehicle go perfectly. He helped with the trade in of my old vehicle, my loan and my purchase of my new one, making everything go very smoothly. I didn t feel pressured, and he answered all my questions. He s a very down to earth guy. I definitely will go back when I need a new vehicle. If you're looking for a used car dealer, with a large selection of vehicles, in the Iowa Falls area, Dunphy motors is the place to go. Tim and his staff are very helpful and friendly.

I would give them 0 stars but I have to choose at least 1. Not happy with the vehicle we were sold. Tim has a great customer service personality but I feel he knows he's not selling the best vehicles he could. 4 months owning vehicle and had to put in $3700.00 in repairs. Repairs that we were told were done. The rotors still had factory specs so NO the rotors had NEVER been turned. We received new pads and that was it. We can prove that. The other repairs we cannot prove he knew about (cracked manifold) but if he's as good a business man as he says-he would have known because he would have checked it out himself. Small business owners HAVE to be diligent on watching their products. I know because I own a small business. Not recommended at all.

Tim and the whole Crew are fantastic. Bought a 2020 Chrysler 300 limited.. We love it.. I've known Tim almost 30 Years. I'm a retired GM and Chrysler dealer. He is straight up honest Has very good product. He has my 100%. Confidence. JOE FUCHS.

3 years ago we bought a 2017 Dodge Charger from Tim and the process was painless and Tim went above and beyond to find the right deal for us. Fast forward 3 years to the day, we purchased a 2500HD truck from Tim. Again, he worked for us to make sure we got the best financing possible. I have worked with large dealerships over the years and WILL NEVER go back to those dealerships again. Dunphy Motors is where we will buy our vehicles for life! Thank you Tim!!

Tim and Patrick worked with me to get me into the vehicle I needed. I was so happy with them that I went back and bought another vehicle. In the future, when I need another vehicle that's where I will go.Here it is, two years later and I'm back at Dunphy Motors for my third vehicle. Tim and his crew showed me several vehicles until we found the perfect one for our family. The new vehicle was priced right, he told me what my trade-in was worth right up front, and they made it so easy to purchase. No games, just an honest deal. This was my first purchase from Tim. He and Bob went above and beyond in locating the vehicle I wanted and worked with me every step of the way. They were honest, direct and trustworthy in all interactions. There was no conversation with the manager while I waited outside. The first price was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Dunphy Motors and will return for future purchases.

Honestly great customer service. Very friendly and very helpful. But idk the car I bought has continued to have problems. Right after Tim got it out the shop the check engine came again now the radio and driver window won't work. Either I should've done more research on the car or Tim should have.

Thank you Tonya and Tim! What an amazing experience!! I "stopped in to look just to see what was available " . I had a list of must haves. I told Tonya what I wanted and she was very knowledgeable about what was in stock.. after looking at 5 vehicles I was test driving within 30 minutes and then purchasing! After that.
