The staff was most excellent. Friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent with hot as well as cold items, a good selection of both. The facility itself was...disappointing. The rooms were very small, and reminded me of lesser hotel chains. They were clean, but the size of a postage stamp. The bathroom was extremely small. It felt cramped and uninviting. The furniture in the Lobby was in need of cleaning or replacement. The peice was way too high for what was offered, really. Probably will not choose this hotel again, next time in Iowa Falls IA

Charged $150 to clean the room I bagged up most the trash what because we left trash behind what was we suppose to take it with us????? Get some better employees won t be awake listening to house keeping taking there sweet time with every room I seen what they did move all pillows off to the side stand around walking in and out of room 20 30 times for no reason wouldn t recommend this hole in the wall to my worst enemy period just trying get off on another company see it time and time again out here on the road! Gotta find money to stay open! Good question is that money went to the person cleaning room right! No I bet my life on it goes to a ceo no damages just lazy employees wanting to complain about having to dk there job!Food & drinks: Don t leave your trash behind you will be chargedNoteworthy details: Pretty cut and dry don t rent rooms from scammers!

Very nice people and courteous staff. Rooms are acceptable and clean. Breakfast is available. Indoor pool is great.Their tech, i.e., the computers and software are an issue. Took an exceptionally long time to check in

Great place to stay. Very clean hotel. Our room was fresh and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice clean indoor pool area. Handicap accessible facilities.Rooms: Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. We had a room with 2 queen beds. Room has a good-sized mini fridge and a microwave. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.Nearby activities: There is a Walmart within walking distance. Iowa Falls is along the Iowa River.Safety: Building is secure. Parking lot is well lit.Food & drinks: The free breakfast was great. Lots of different options. Waffles, cereal, bacon, eggs, and sausage. Yogurt, juice, and milk. Also has a small, self-serve coffee bar available all the time. Food and drink vending machines.

Very nice, extremely clean and easy to relax. Walls and floor are well made keeping hotel noises out of the room, so I could rest. The coffee is always hot, not watered down and very good. The people working here are genuinely nice.

We were a little nervous first visiting this hotel because of some reviews, but this hotel was amazing on all levels. The front desk woman was fabulous! Very welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions we wanted to know! Our room was provided with everything needed and was very clean! Breakfast was great and a wide variety was offered. For our 3 1/2 hour drive to Iowa, this hotel made our stay worth the while! Would for sure stay at this hotel again and highly recommend.

Looks clean. Bed is comfortable. We'll see about the food in the morning. Of course breakfast is simple little thing. Last week 8/7/23 thru 8/12/23 I stayed here yet again. I left something in the room I had. I checked in today 8/15/23 in hopes of getting it back. But it wasn't turned in. I jumped to conclusions. It was returned to me this morning on 8/16/23. They have been kind and helpful. Not a bad place after all.

This facility has great customer service, A great pool in jacuzzi, Really close to cargill, walking distance to food an walmart, also has laundry.Rooms: Clean and comfortableWalkability: Great to be able to go to some restaurants and even walmart

The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. There was a mix-up with my reservations and the General Manager took care of it. I appreciate that very much. Thank you!!!! Definitely recommend this hotel property for staying in Iowa Falls for business or family fun. There is pool that was open also. Breakfast looked good too.

Always a pleasant room experience. Clean and contemporary.. WiFi is virtually non-existent, though. Don t rely on it to get any work done.Rooms: Always nice.Walkability: On outskirts of town, as is typical. Need car to get to historic downtown.Noteworthy details: Poor WiFi.

Was very impressed with cleanliness of room and pleasant atmosphere. Love the decor in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Hard working Maxine was friendly and kept things replenished.Exceeded expectations! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing a nice place to stay.I would also like to mention that our ability to get a room within the block reserved for our nieces wedding went very smooth. Thank you to Angie! You were great to work with!

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy and warm. Everything in the room worked and was clean, and the pool was nice, too. We had a great time in the pool! We ate breakfast one morning out of 3, and it served our needs nicely. Would stay here again.

Nice maintained pool, sauna, rooms. Dining was very inviting, cleanliness exceptional. Next door to Walmart for last minute needs. About 4-6 miles off Route 20. Very quiet. Staff exceptional. Will be returning.
