I have used White Dog for years, but this will be the last time. Their prices have doubled, nearly $100 for a full synthetic oil change on a Subaru,and they tried to get me to change a brand new air filter. They told me it was dirty! They also tried to get me to install a new middle tail light saying it's dim. I checked it and it's as bright as any other tail light I've ever seen. They also said my brake fluid is "dark", but it looks like the fluid that's still in the bottle. Expensive and not honest.

I have taken my Range Rover and 5 series BMW to several high end dealerships around our area, and hands down Whitedog has been the best experience I ve had. Very honest people that work there and very accommodating to your schedule. Stop taking your vehicles to places that just throw parts at each problem, and go somewhere that they actually know how to assess and evaluate your vehicle, Whitedog!!!!

I had taken my car to a certified Volvo dealer for my car overheating. They couldn t figure it out so I brought my car here! Whitedog was confident from the start that they could figure it out. On the day of service, I received a call informing me of the problem and the steps they suggested for fixing it. They gave me plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do and got me back on the road! The BEST customer service and service around! Highly recommend these guys for all your auto needs!

Everyone was very pleasant. After having our granddaughters car at a different shop and them not correcting the problem the mechanic at white dog was able to find the problem right away and fixed it in a decent time.we now feel much more at ease letting our granddaughter drive her car without fear it will break down. Our experience was wonderful will definitely refer people to this company.

I ve had a great experience with Whitedog over the last several years of them working on my 12 year old car. The shop is very clean and comfortable if you need to wait, and they are professional, honest, friendly, and fair. They will refer you to other local businesses who are the same for repairs they don t do in house. Couldn t ask for a better shop!

The week of Christmas, family was traveling to Iowa and had a problem with their Audi. The Audi dealership couldn t get them in for weeks but they suggested we call White dog. Even though they were booked full, they fit us in to evaluate the Problem since my family would need the car to drive back across country in a few days. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave us three options along with pricing for all 3. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We so appreciated them working us in, especially during the busy holiday times. Would highly recommend these guys!

Our daughters had to pick up their brother for their grandfathers funeral in November and when they arrived the 2012 Volvo XC60 was making weird noises. I contacted Whitedog Imports and explained the situation and they had them bring it over. Long story short, Whitedog got the girls an Uber back to their hotel, had to order a part, fixed the car within a day and a half and were OUTSTANDING! Talk about a high stress time trying to get all of our kids back for the wake and funeral....Whitedog went above and beyond to make sure all 3 were back in the Chicago area for the wake and funeral. I am forever recommending them for their professionalism, compassion and pricing!

I like to tinker with my cars but ran into issues that were beyond my level so I took my 08 BMW to Whitedog. Jess and Alec were great. Recently had a fuel leak on my 07 Volvo. Called Whitedog and they said if I could drop it off they would try to squeeze it in.They had it ready the next day!Kevin and everyone at Whitedog are great! Can t thank them enough.

Whitedog is completely reliable, with excellent service. If Alec, Kevin, and their staff recommend certain repairs, we always know that the repairs are needed, appropriate, and reasonably priced, and that they will be carried out perfectly. It is great to have auto mechanics that we can trust. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Their diagnostic skills were spot on and they provided me solid estimates for the repairs needed even suggesting that I check my records for a possible warranty claim with someone else since one of the parts that failed looked relatively new. The Check Engine light came on just before we were going on a road trip. Even though we did not have an appointment White Dog was able to fit our car in and get the problem solved before we went on our trip.
