I stopped in at 4:30pm, a half hour before they closed, to have an exhaust leak on my truck looked at. I felt bad coming in so close to closing time and just expected to possibly set up an appointment on another day. Instead, they had me fixed up and on my way so fast I was home relaxing on my couch before 5pm. Over the past 15 years I've needed exhaust work done 3 times on 3 different vehicles. I've now been to all 3 of their locations and without a doubt each time has been absolutely the best automotive related experience I've had. Great people doing great work for great prices.

Top-notch customer service and craftsmanship! They rebuilt me a custom cat-back exhaust TAILORED to my specifications on my Honda for less then $400! They even let me stand and watch to make sure they were doing everything just how I wanted it.Very friendly staff, great prices, and some of the best exhaust work I've seen. If you need custom exhaust work done, don't go anywhere else but here!

Professional Muffler and their mechanics are some of the best I have met. All of my experiences with them have been great. I just brought my car in on a whim to ask if they were able to take off a part of my exhaust and replace a part and they pulled the car in and did the job in 30 minutes... The price is very fair and the mechanics are all very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Kevin and his team continue to figure out what s wrong with my car. First it was struts. Today it needed ball joints. They are honest, fair, and respectful. 10/10 when it comes to service. Just wish they could do it all. But they are the best at the services they do provide. I won t go anywhere else. Thank you.

Can't say enough good things about Professional Mufflers. Professional, good service, and best of all, honest. Could've made an easy payday with my car by selling me a specific part but Brandon and Andrew explained the issue and suggested a great alternative. Car works great and was a much better expense on my wallet. Definitely recommend these guys.

Great service at this place. I called before coming in to ask if they could fix my car muffler which had become loose and was dragging on the floor. They answered the phone quickly and informed me I could drop-in right away to have my car checked. I did just that and they inspected the car as soon as I got there, and informed me what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. The price was very reasonable and they fixed my car within 5 minutes. I m guessing if my car issue needed more time they would have informed me of details. Also, the employees are super friendly and all asked if I had been attended to while waiting.

Nice gentlemen work there. They ve checked my car whenever I stopped by with an issue. They were able to fix the problem at a cheap price or refer me to those who would fix the problem. They sure are on list for Xmas cookies this year. Absolutely recommend Professional Muffler

I called around 3:15PM and asked if I can get my car in @4:15PM to have it check because it had been making weird noises. They are so nice and were able to get my car in right away when I got there. The gentleman, I believe his name is Dave, he checked my car and showed me the problem. He said it was just a minor problem and fixed it without charge for me, got me in and out within ~15mins. I couldn t be happier. Worth an hour drive for me to come here. I will be back for any other services! Thank you both so much again, Dave and the front desk gentleman.

This is the first 5 star rating I have awarded anyone. I was so pleasantly surprised. The cost of our repair was a fraction of 2 other quotes, and when they said they'd have it finished in 15 minutes, I thought I was dreaming. And they WERE done in 15 minutes. On top of that, my SUV is quieter than it has ever been! They earned my my praise. I'd give 6 stars!

Fantastic shop! I've had two great experiences with Professional Muffler as of today. I showed up without notice and was immediately checked in. I had a rusted flange cut out and replaced with piping on my exhaust. I spent only about 20 minutes from check in to completion -- I didn't even know what to do with the extra time I had. Kevin is a great advisor and Colton cranked out the work incredibly fast. I recommend this place to everyone I know with an exhaust issue. There's a reason mechanics around here recommend these guys for exhaust work -- it's all in the name.Service: Exhaust

Kevin and Bill took great care of my car, and me! I dropped off my vehicle and they got back to me quickly by phone. They were really informative when explaining what was needed, and what it would cost. They gave me options in case I didn't want to deal with the whole problem at one time. The price was reasonable for all they would have to do, so I went with it. Then they really impressed me by calling to tell me the bill would be lower!! They found that one of the parts was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced yet. A+++ for honesty, promptness, quality work, excellent communication, and great customer service. I will be back when other work is needed. And thanks to Dave at Lone Tree Tire for referring me to Professional Muffler, Iowa City. Good call.

I brought my car in at 8am right when they opened and right away had someone helping me. Got a call after thirty minutes and they told me they could have everything done in 20-30 minutes. My car was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and the price was definitely worth it!***Ive been back to this location a couple times and each time Kevin has been very nice and the pricing is very fair! Thank you for the efficient service!

I preface this by saying my brother in law is a mechanic so we have high expectations about quality jobs and fair pricing. This place exceeds expectations! They have the best pricing in town and are no pressure (will be honest and say if you can wait a few more months or need to do work now). Super friendly, easy to get into. 100% recommend. We ve had brake pads replaced in addition to a hitch installed.

Very professional and honest. My exhaust broke just after the converter and was hanging. I had it towed thinking it would be about $200-$300 to repair and shortly after it was dropped of I got a phone call from the staff. He told me the repair would cost less then $50 and would take 30 mins. I would definitely return and recommend to all that need service. Super friendly, very good pricing, had a quote within 10 minutes. They needed to order a part and communicated with me the entire time from when the part got there to when the work was done and even asked me how it was running the next day.
