Employees lack knowledge and do not communicate with each other. Whatever you do, do not get any kind of extended service agreement because it is a total scam and they won't fix a thing. A lack of transparency on their billing is very sleazy as well. I wouldn't recommend them or any other business associated it McGrath. They can't even wash a car without scratching the car or bending the license plate! What a joke of a company!

Samantha was the person who assisted me with check in. She was great with updates and just easy to work with. Anthony took me to work and picked me up after work. He was also friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them on friendly service.

As far as service goes, it was fast and they notified me of a recall and were able to take care of it promptly. There's a nice, clean area to work remotely while you're waiting for you car which is convenient! Friendly staff too.

The service is good. The only thing I dislike is that the scheduling of any service , including regular maintenance pushes you 2-3 weeks away, which is not practical . Made an appointment to get an inspection and a break job on a 2009 toyota camry. They had me drop my car off at 7:30 in the morning but didn't didn't start working on it until around noon when they called me to verify what they wanted to do to it. Amanda suggested and tried to charge me 1200 for two (2) front end quick struts and *900 hundred dollars for a new alternator*. Having replaced the alternator on a Toyota camry myself at the cost of about 150 bucks and 20 minutes with a socket wrench I was pretty disgusted with these groutesquly inflated prices...I went and bought new struts at a part store for 150 a piece....Look for service at a garage unless you want to give this place a chance to rip you off. The service was good but the dealership prices are ridiculous.

I took my vehicle in to be serviced and they are doing everything possible to protect their customers during this pandemic. They are wearing gloves, wrapping steering wheels, wearing masks, have Plexiglas installed everywhere, etc.. Other dealers in the area don't have any safety protocols in place. If you value your health go to Toyota. You don't have to go to your dealer to get regular oil changes, even on new vehicles under warranty, and if you didn't buy a Toyota you are probably paying for your oil changes anyway!

Full service Toyota dealership. Walk in service is available in a pinch, but an appointment is best practice.
