Needed a full set of tires asap without breaking the bank. Mustafa got me in right away and got an amazing price on a full set of tires. Super helpful and answered all my questions. Bringing my car back here in the future for sure

EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS!!!!BEST PRICES AROUND ..no bull!Mustafa and his team are friendly and fast. So many tires to choose from.My Cadillac Srx4 was in the worst shape! All 4 tires were worn to bone and my car shook uncontrollably.Cheapest tires I could find were $1100 just for tires. Chicago tire got me in and out in 1 hr cost only $425Thanks you Chicago tire!!!!!!

I have to thank this man from the heavens......I was having trouble finding a place with the parts I bought for my car to be fixed and i called he and this blessed man told me to come in and he would help me and he did even though one of the set parts that I bought that did not work but he still got it fixed for me so thank you so much and plan to go back for more help

Best deals in Iowa city on New and Used tires. Very friendly staff and very quick service is the reason I continue to come back for anything related to my vehicle! They are thorough with their work and have found many things the big chain auto body places lacked to tell me regarding my vehicle! I would recommend this business to anyone looking for tires, an oil change or anything else car related!

10 out of 10!!! Affordable prices with Amazing service, I have WIDE rear tires (don't recommend lol) and was quoted between 850-1000 for 2 new tires. I contacted Chicago Used and New Tires expecting a similar quote, however the quote I received from Chicago Used and New Tires was almost 50% less at 500. Now that doesn't mean every tire/deal will be as great as that, however this deal alone has made me a loyal customer. (I also replaced my 2 front tires a few months after replacing the back)

Great bargain; friendly staff! Go past Dane's Dairy at the end of the drive and to the right. Great communication--willing to text. No frills, no up-selling, straight to the point. Answered all of my questions and showed me the tires upfront. I would highly recommend!

If you are in a rush or have a tire emergency then this should be the first shop you call. They had the tires for my vehicle that all of the big shops in town didn t. They prioritized our emergency even on a Sunday and got us repaired and out the door in less than an hour.The owner and employees were honest and polite. It s nice to know my search for a good, fast, and reliable car shop is over.

This place sells used tires that are like new. I bought 4 tires for my car mounted and balanced and put on my car plus disposal and 4 tires for my trailer mounted for $450. All 8 tires i bought were 90% tread or better. The owner is very knowledgeable about tires. I recommend this place.

In all honesty and impartiality, if you are looking for good work and elegant dealings, I advise you to come to this workshop, Chicago, for your tires. They have old tires in good condition and new ones. I have been dealing with them for many years.

So fast. They got me in immediately and had me out in less than 20 min. They were so polite. Turned on the air conditioning just for me. The tire I got was like brand new. I've never had such fast service or a tire this quality for used tire pricing. He only charged me $50!! Flat. I couldn't believe it. The man that did the accual work was so nice and so fast. Guys seriously don't go anywhere else!!

Wonderful ethical business! My family was leaving town after thanksgiving and got a flat tire. The tire was difficult to find and this shop was LITERALLY the only shop in town (we even called shops in Cedar Rapids) that stocked the tire. He was so helpful and we really appreciate him for stocking a broad collection of tires. Also the price was extremely reasonable!!!

We were picking up hay 4 hours from home when we blew a trailer tire. Literally NO ONE we called was open or had trailer tires on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Mustafa was able to hook us right up! We actually bought 4 new tires from the shop because they were so reasonably priced. And Scott stayed late .taking his precious time away from his beautiful family to make sure the tires were mounted and back on! You just don t get service like this in America today. Thanks to Chicago Used and New Tires. We REALLY appreciate all you did to help us in a very vulnerable time.

This is a place where you can get a very great bargain with most fabulous friendly staff that I have ever met in repair shops and tire stores. They are selling almost brand new tires with very nice prices that I wouldn t believe to find else where in America compared to the quality of the goods they sell. Good communication willing, multiple choices and fair advice giving on the best choice. Welcoming, fast in fixing and replacing tires with all questions answered. I would highly recommend this place for every one needs tire services or repair issues.

Mustafa and his team have been truly amazing to work with. I have worked with them multiple times over the last 6 months, not once have I been disappointed. Their pricing is unmatched for the amazing quality tires they have available. If they do not have it, it will not take him long to find what you need and provide the best customer service while doing it. In and out VERY quickly, always impressed with how quick they are to install, balance and mount.I would HIGHLY recommend these guys, always a pleasure to work with!

Last minute i called this place for two tires that i could NOT find in cedar rapids, not only did they stay open late and wait for me to get there but once we were there they were very respectful and did the job good and in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back not only for tires either. They have good prices for pretty much all of their services.

These guys were great. My friend had his odd model tire blow out on him yesterday (not from the area). They were the only place to have the right size tire in the whole Iowa City area. Not only that, but my friend, who was pretty frazzled from being out of town, came in at 5:25 when they were closing at 5:30. Not only did they fix and replace his tire, but they did it with good humor and were very pleasant. The two guys there were just two very nice guys and can't say enough nice about them. I can imagine they were done (it was Friday and literally they were closing) for the day, but they were nice and extremely professional. So to sum up, Chicago Tire had the only tire in town, and they were just fantastic in replacing it. Two big thumbs up!

i needed some 225 65r 17 tires and could not find any used ones in cedar rapids so i called down here and he had them and it was a really good tires and great price and got them on really fast. will buy from here if i ever need more tires in the future.

They were absolutely amazing! I had a flat tire and after calling several places, they were the only ones that could get me in right away! Not only that, but they had the time to change all of them (not just the one with the spare). I got an amazing price and from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled away, a total of 25 minutes had passed! They were super kind and I will definitely be telling friends and family about this place!

Great customer service and high quality of work. I brought my 2007 Chrysler sebring for tire work. They replaced all my tires for almost brand new ones. They also rotate and balanced them professionally. Their prices are very reasonable and I would say the best in city. I highly recommend Chicago Used and New tires for anyone looking for quality work.

Mustafa and his staff are top notch! He has been very good to us over the years. Very kind, very quick, good staff, caring & we have always received good tires & great work. Very good prices & selection. We recommend Mustafa/Chicago Used & New Tires to everyone that asks us where we get tires! We are so glad we found him 5 or 6 years ago on a Mother's Day - my son & I were out and nearly stranded and he was open! last summer i took my wife's car to this place and got her a set of new tires, it was a very fair price so i decided to get a set of tires for my escalade as well. last week, she noticed her front 2 tires deflating more often and the ride was not smooth. i contacted chicago tire and told them of this issue. the owner had me bring in her car right away and they checked out the tires. they agreed that there was an issue with them, without hesitation they contacted their tire distributor and had 2 new tires sent out and a few days later they put them on my wife's car. this place is honest and priced very well for your tire needs.
