Just interacted with Josh in sales, as well as the a few others. What a pleasant experience. Josh was friendly, transparent, and professional. The store operated with efficiency and no pressure. The car my son bought was a very fair price as well. It was overall a very good car buying process!

Jaden was awesome, kept in contact and communicated everything going on exceptionally. Car had to unexpectedly stay in overnight and they were quite apologetic and comped me well for the hassle. Very happy with my experience, give them a raise.

Very nice part of the local Billion network. Has a very nice waiting area for service customers. Location makes swinging through the complimentary car wash a breeze and then off you go.

Inspection services were free. And they didn t push any repair. It totally depended on me. Really appreciate kind and nice attitudes.

One of the sales persons, Josh Wajda answer my online query where I selected the vehicle I wanted. Whenever I asked specific questions about the financing and then to get a photo of the car I was buying, he was evasive in his answers. I ended up not buying from this business because of how deceptive this sales person was.

this is horrible dealer i bought 2018 ram 1500 they said everythings ok, after a week i broth it in my mechanic ticking sound exhaust manifold bolt need to replace and cv axle need to replace both sides. i call kia billiion about the issue . they said bring it to billion but they gonna charge me! they said they imspect it im sure their not! everytime i call them they keep.me waiting and waitimg who in gonna talk to! i never ever go back to thia dealer!

I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid two weeks ago. When assessing my trade-in, a 2013 Toyota Prius C, they said that due to some hail damage on the roof, they would simply take the car to auction. They said a "fair" trade-in value was $5,000.No joke, less than 48 hours later, the car was listed on their website, without any fixes, for around $16,000.After contacting the salesman, he said it was a mistake and that the manager had not even inspected the car prior to listing it. If I'm being generous and believing that, then the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. If I'm being skeptical, then they did not negotiate in good faith.***Updated review***Someone from Kia Billions contacted me and gave me info that the car was sent to auction. About 3 weeks later, it indeed went to the auction website. Wish I had a better overall experience but it seems to have worked out

A year ago the service department did a major repair on my sunroof and tore everything apart. I recently took the car to another dealership to get some ratting noises fixed and it turns out it was due to them breaking and missing parts on my roof. cost of repair is $1200 and they refuse to do anything about it because its out of their 12 months repair warranty even though my car is a 2022 Stinger with 25k on it

Not impressed. I went in for work they did an inspection claiming several thousand dollars of repairs were needed. My car was inspected at another shop and only 2 concerns Billion had were valid.

Beware, they charge $192.39 to diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle and do not apply that payment towards the repair.

Buying a new 2016 Kia Soul two weeks ago from Billion Kia of Iowa City was one of the two best car-buying experiences of my life (and I'm 59).From the moment I walked into the showroom, salesperson Corey Rodney was unfailingly attentive and kind. The key thing across the board here: everyone LISTENED to me. They listened to what I wanted, they listened to what I could afford, and they swung the best deal they could. They gave me a fair price for my trade. Business manager Steven worked hard, for a couple of hours solid, to swing the financing. My credit is not the best, but at every intermediate step of the way Steven gave to Corey in writing an account of where we were on the deal. In the end, they got as close as they could to the monthly payment I sought. I got a new six-speed manual (something I've been wanting for awhile now), which I adore. These guys are attentive and honest. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. And Brett and Terrie were great as well! Fabulous work, you guys.

My husband and I recently bought a certified used Kia and I can easily say it was the best car buying experience we have had. Abram the salesmen was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was no pressure put on us which was something we have never experienced when buying a car. That day I really did not want to go car shopping but so glad we did! We even asked Abram to scheduled our Yukon to be serviced there the following week and without hesitation he did. The service department impressed me also. Was given a nice loaner vehicle and vehicle serviced in a timely fashion. I will most definitely recommend people to buy from Billion and I wouldn't be surprised if our next car is bought from them! So happy with my experience! No complaints no negatives!

I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze yesterday. The salesman, Kyle, was great at showing us around and giving us true and amazing information about my car. We chatted for about a month on cars that I liked and what I was looking for. He had a few picked out when I showed up. He was very good at his job. He and the financing team helped me get a great deal on the car and did a good job with helping me finance. The car was detailed and cleaned to perfection when they handed me the keys. I would definitely buy another vehicle here in the future.

Iowa City Kia diagnosed my car wrong and charged me $70 for the inspection. They said I had a valve cover leak and an oil pan leak which weren't serious, but I took it to a different mechanic and it turned out to be a more serious crankshaft seal leak. This solved my other check engine light issue that Kia told me they couldn't find. Seems like Kia's mechanics like to cut corners, which is unfortunate for customers. Get your service done elsewhere and your parts as well. Not to mention them having a full schedule for 2-3 weeks just to get an inspection done.

No pressure, no let me talk to my manager BS, no angst. Just straightforward, helpful staff with direct statements about price and helpful recommendations. SO refreshing.Bonus: a diverse staff. After shopping cars in the Iowa City area for *days,* Visiting Billion KIA was the first time I met any black salespeople. That says something deeply positive about their company ethos. What s more: I haven t yet bought a car, and I m submitting this review just because they deserve the good word, no matter what my family and I end up deciding.

Billion Kia is always great! I recently took my car in to be looked at for steering and Rowdi was extremely helpful! He kept in contact with me about repairs and answered all my questions. He and his team also made sure the job was done correctly before releasing my car back to me by test driving it and following up on an additional issue they found and then resolved. I am very happy with the service team there. I also had my car taken to the collision portion before, and my car came back looking brand new!

I will be honest and say that when I made the call to Billion Auto - Kia of Iowa City to discuss options with my current lease coming to an end, I was nervous. The first time I leased a Kia I had someone with me but this time I was going in alone. You always hear about other peoples horror stories with buying cars and I was terrified I was going to end up being pressured into agreeing to something I couldn't afford. This was NOT the case at all. From the moment I spoke with Corey Rodney on the telephone to make my appointment, I felt at ease. He was genuine and showed his sense of humor right away. During the appointment he continued to make me feel comfortable and I truly felt like my wishes for a new car were being heard. He listened to me, to my hesitations, to everything and worked with his staff to present the best options for me based upon what I wanted. Never once during our appointment did I feel pressured. Corey spelled everything out in a way that was clear and simple and extremely helpful. I have, and will continue to recommend Corey and his staff at Billion Auto - Kia of Iowa City, to friends and family who are looking to buy a new car. I think every buying experience should be this way! I walked out with a brand new car that was in my budget and I was so extremely excited. I seriously cannot stress enough how pleased I was with the service that was offered by Corey! I have and will continue to service my car there as well because the staff is always very friendly and welcoming! Thanks again Corey and Billion Auto!

Please be aware of prices and NEVER go over what you are willing to pay! These finance people are the slickest! If you are doing a trade in use Kelly Blue Book before you go there so you know how much your trade in is worth! Try to be pre approved by your bank before going! If you are pre approved NEVER give your social, it s not needed. When financing a vehicle you don t need to put down a cash down payment! I would not recommend Billion Auto Kia EVER! Beware buyers!

We were very pleased with our experience with Billion Kia of Iowa City! We live 12 hours from here and have a strange situation of a recent previous trade and then very shortly after that getting an opportunity for new things and needed to significantly lower our payment for this new chapter and Billion was so helpful in working with us and helping us find something with our situation. They were wonderful to work with and were committed to finding us something without making us feel pushed into anything that some dealerships have made us feel. They are currently working with us to find a halfway point for us to pickup our trade and drop ours off and all in all has been a smooth and wonderful experience.

This is my fourth vehicle from Billion, my first Kia. I keep coming back to this dealership for the quality of sales and service. The people are friendly and responsive. Corey Rodney in sales at Kia was very professional. He listened to my needs and sold me what I wanted. Jeff Madison in service has been the main reason I keep coming back to Billion and meeting other great people. Jeff has been my Hyundai guy for many years and I'm so glad he's now at Kia! I would recommend this dealership and these two guys to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: It's been two months since I posted the review below (so 6 months in total) and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY VAN BACK. They've had the parts for weeks now and keep pushing me back farther and farther. I just got off the phone with my service rep and he informed me that they haven't even started on the van even though it was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago.My 4yo is still undergoing cancer treatment. I need my van back.I cannot even begin to express what an extreme burden this has been.---------------------------------------------Brought my Sedona in for repair. Didn't return any calls for updates for 2 weeks. Finally updates need a full engine replacement and won't be covered under warranty. I contacted Kia to appeal and they needed more info. After another week of leaving messages Billion said they're going to do that. It's been almost 7 weeks since that and they're still not returning my messages. So I can't really move forward here.The real kicker here is my 4 year old finished chemo and his hair has grown back while they've had the van. It's been that long and as far as I can tell nothing has been done. We really needed the van you guys. Do you have any idea what it's like to help a 4 year old through cancer treatment during a pandemic while you're still working as a preschool teacher and your only means of getting whole family around isn't available?Do better.

Hello, my name is George Garrett III and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I am writing a complaint about the service to my 2016 Kia Sorento that I brought in to the Billion Auto dealership that broke down outside Iowa City the first week of August 2021. As of Today it is still not repaired. Originally I was told that my car would not be repaired until October due to the engine recall and a waiting line of back orders of engines. I have consistently checked on the status of my car. Since dropping it off I have been given different stories of why it is not repaired,. I was told last month it was taking a long time due to being short handed. Last week I was told Kia had to approve for engine to be put in. The car has about 40,000 miles on it and I bought it in April of 2021. I have warranties on the car when purchased it. I strongly believe I am getting the run around. If Kia is to have the final say then that should have been told to me in the very beginning. When I spoke to Kia in August I was told things were in the hands of the Billion dealership. The district manager or GM needs to explain the truth.

My last visit was for a simple flat tire. As always I was greeted quickly and my tire was repaired in a short time. It s nice to have a service shop where I can consistently count on their professionalism. It s also nice to be advised on the safety and care without having a hard-core sales pitch at any visit.Billion Kia has become our go to service shop for all our cars.
