Jacob D. was very helpful. I went in looking for new windshield wipers for my car and had no idea where to start. He was able to tell me exactly where to look and helped me pick out the best ones. He also helped me install them. I had great service from Jacob D.

Best customer service! I stopped in to ask about a headlight problem. The staff was very responsive.Joe W came out to my car and in spite of my not accurately understanding the questions he needed answered in order to fix the problem, Joe stayed very patient with me and walked me through the questions. Thanks, Joe. (Your mother would so proud!)

Joe W. was fantastic to work with. He went out of his way to get to the root problem of my car. Then he proceeded to put in a new battery at record pace all while being extremely friendly. AutoZone execs, this is the type of person you should have training all your associates, really knows how to make the customer happy.

I went to auto Zone in Iowa City location this morning and the young man there told me that he was not able to provide a battery at the parking spot in front of the store or install a battery due to the weather I shopped at this autozone for 15 years and this is the first time someone told me they couldn't help me. I am very disappointed , you lost me as a customer and l will contact corporate office regarding this matter.

Absolutely fantastic service. My 2013 RAV4 needed a headlight bulb changed and multiple staff came out to help. The casing was very stuck. They tried for 30 minutes finally got it! I'm impressed. Go here for your parts!

Fairly large store, on the way home. Pretty clean store with easy used oil dump. They usually have pretty good specials. Pretty high staff turnover that sometimes is obviously training and knows nothing about Auto parts. It is kind of Hit and Miss, sometimes they have what I need but oftentimes don't. Website is useless!Stopped in after work on 4/16/24 for a headlight retaining clip. guy behind the counter tried to find it says they don't have any, asks his manager who's standing there at the window watching it rain who says look it up, he still can't find it after trying to look it up by vehicle so I go on my cell phone, find it and show him a picture. he gets angry and tells me I need to have a part number for him to even look it up when I'm showing him a picture of it at his shop?!?This used to be my go-to shop, but I have to say there is a great NAPA about a mile West that is much more helpful and happy to find the part! That NAPA has a great accordion display with all sorts of little body grommets and clips and retaining pieces that I don't know what to call and certainly don't have a part number for. I ended up finding quite a few other little body trim fitment pieces that I would not have found at AutoZone.

Rayle not only replaced my battery for me under warranty, but swapped it out with my old one in the 100� heat for me as well! He was such a sweetie. Very grateful for him as a girl who knows nothing about cars

Can't thank Kaelynn C enough for being so helpful and fast, my wife needed a new battery and fuse and ran into IA City location, she was able to get in and out quickly and Kaelynn was very nice and helpful with it all she said. Thanks for all your help Kaelynn!

Dan was very helpful and kind, helping me pick out the right engine oil for my car and even helping me refilling it in cold weather! He answered all of my questions, and even pointed out some issues with my car that I should look at. Exceptional service provided and I left feeling very grateful.

Bought a battery. It went bad. They replaced it with a battery that also went bad. In the space of a few months I had to go through multiple bad batteries which involved multiple tows. Always turned out to just be a bad battery. The first time they even flat out refused to install it.Won't be coming back. Ever.

I visited this store to pick up MAF sensor cleaner for someone else. I had no idea what I was doing, but I found the cleaner on AutoZone's website and it was in stock.I was in and out in under two minutes. Upon entering the store, I was asked what I was looking for. The employee had it ready for me at the register in less than thirty seconds. I was back on the road before my phone screen had even locked. They should probably consider opening a drive-thru and cutting average visit time down to 90 seconds.Thanks, AutoZone!

Big Ray and Marcus went above and beyond to help us with a badly corroded battery terminal. It was freezing out and the store was getting slammed but Big Ray and Marcus handled it like pros. Big Ray put in serious time and effort to get us rolling and we won't forget it!!

I received a return receipt for some items I purchased in North Liberty and they refused to give me my cash back that I paid with, and gave me a gift card, I was then unable to actually get what I needed! I haven't been back to a autozone store. And I'm at a parts store at least once a week. To make it worse it was a supposed supervisor at the Iowa city store. What a joke!

There so called fix finder is a joke! It was pretty obvious that my battery was no good but there little fix finder didn't show it was an issue. If you want to really know what is going on with your vehicle please do not go to AutoZone! You get what you pay for.

Ordered catalytic converters for my Explorer. About half as much as competition. Took only a few days to arrive. Got $20 on my loyalty card too.

I'm not surprised I found another review on here about the manager lady or whoever she is needing to be fired. I was in a huge line and this lady comes in and takes the two guys working behind the shelves And out of sight and starts talking about some personal drama about switching AutoZone locations or something as we all were standing in line like idiots while she has this 10 minute personal conversation. Their Convo ended with a huge laugh and she was telling the two guys they should probably get back to the customers because it had been a long time and she just walked out the same way she came in. The last several times I've been in here it's been very unprofessional and just plain disappointing.

Nice place to get auto parts. They have a couple of parking spots in front of you are looking for some simple repair work.I found some items available to pick up when I googled but it wasn't available when I went to the store to pick them up. Better call before you start.

Didn't help me find my part I needed and acted like I was interrupting them to try and have them look up my part and ring me up. Go somewhere else if you can. Rude and very unhelpful staff

Super friendly. My battery was completely dead. They put it on the charger and it took a charge so I didn't end up needing a new battery. Free of charge. Got some fuses I needed. Highly recommend.
