I Drove 2 hrs round trip to drop of my vehicle for tint. They called the next day and said they would not tint the car because the rear window seal had to much dust and I had to clean all seals. So I drove another 2hrs round trip to pick up my vehicle. They also left a mess in the back of my vehicle with dirt. Unprofessional people, a waste of time & money.

Damon was great! He was fast, knowledgeable and kind. I had trouble with my autostart that was installed in a different state. He was familiar with the brand and reprogrammed my system in no time.

Had a very good experience getting my windows tinted on my personal vehicle, and they've done amazing work for my customer's cars as well. I would absolutely recommend Auto Toyz for any aftermarket work you may need! (Cool staff too!)

I got new LED light bulbs installed today. Love the new lights!!! Quick fast and great customer service! Damon did an excellent job and showed me a few other things where's my phone connect to my truck. Great place great service!!!!

I've had to go in several times for some add ons I needed for my car and they were incredibly helpful and fair on their pricing. Made the fact that I didn't want to have to deal with the issue in the first place much better. If I need anything after market installed on a vehicle in the future I will absolutely be going back to them. Thank you guys!

Very friendly staff! They helped me decide how dark to go on my windows and they did a superb job in doing them! I could not be more pleased. I dropped it off and had it back quicker then they thought. They went over instructions for cleaning and cost was less then I thought it was gunna be too! Id recommend them to anyone!

Came in to get my windows tinted, staff were super rude from the start. After I got to the shop I started asking them questions about the tint job, that s when they started being very unprofessional and impatient, plus that s when they told me we don t get paid enough for this I highly don t recommend this place :)

I ve used these guys in the past to tint my 01 e46 BMW, which I kept for years and had no issues that weren t caused by either myself or a passenger. Today they serviced my VW Golf R. They keep it clean, courteous and humble. Would recommend for anyone looking at anything they might offer.

I had power locks and remote start installed on my Jeep last year. They were quick, courteous and did great work.Unfortunately, I had a recent issue with one door. They got me right in for an appointment at my earliest convenience and fixed it free of charge within an hour.These guys stand by their work, are extremely easy to work with, professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to customize their vehicle!Thanks guys!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! HUGE shout out to Damon for excellent customer service. If you ever go in, find him! Every time I come back it s an even better experience. I am always recommending these guys to everyone who has auto needs. I REFUSE to go anywhere else! They do it all and always take care of me. I have utilized Auto Toyz services for many of my vehicles over the years. The window tinting is phenomenal. Audio installation is seamless. My all time favorite product they carry is the Putco headlights. I've had them installed in multiple vehicles and I won't use anything else. Today I m in having a remote start installed just in time for winter. AMAZING COMPANY!

Went in to have my windows tinted on my car. Asked for 5% in the rear windows and 25% in the fronts with a 5% brow. Picked up my car and everything is tinted 25% with bubbles all the way around. Just a all around horrible job and experience. The guys answering the phones wouldn't answer questions clearly and were rude. I would not recommend this company for anything.

This place is a joke had interior installed not only bad customer service but didn't even install door panels and on top of that they tried to steal my door panel materials had to drive all the way back to Iowa City to pick up materials that I paid for SMH bad business all the way around 10 thumbs down for this outfit

The guys at Auto Toyz are amazing, they are very professional and customer service is outstanding, they rust proofed , undercoated, line x bed liner, and tinted all the windows in one day. I will definitely continue doing business with them and totally recommend their services.

Great customer service! I had my Viper remote start system installed by them in 2012. A part of one of my responders broke so I stopped in today to buy a replacement. I was told it was covered under warranty and it would be replaced at no charge. What a pleasant surprise.

Jeremy is well knowledgeable and helpful. I could have probably saved some money on Amazon, but after picking his brain for 10-20 minutes and demoing the things they had there, I felt it was worth the extra money for the expertise and support.Even though I've done plenty of car audio work in the past, I feel very confident about my purchase and the setup in my car now. Other guys I've spoken with there are friendly as well.

This is the place to go if you need any type of upgrade done to your car or truck! The owner is very nice, he's about his customers, not like the rest of the auto places that are just looking for a sale, this guy goes above and beyond for you! If I could give him 10 stars he would've already had that! Thank you again Auto Toyz!

They have amazing customer service. I had a remote start put in about 5 years ago and to this day they still replace my key fob batteries free of charge. They also just replaced my key fob for free due to technical malfunctioning of the fob. Love them!!

These guys are the best! I had a stereo, amp, and 2 12" subs installed about a year ago and they have been so helpful. I blew a fuse playing too loud among other things and they had me bring it in and fixed it for free. Also, their scheduling is so much easier than Best Buy. Whereas you may have to wait weeks for best buy to install your system, these guys had me in in about 2 days. Plus, their prices are unbeatable. I was going to pay over a grand for installation and parts with Best Buy, I only paid a little over $700 with these guys. Such a great deal and have never been happier with the installation process and quality of their work. Many thanks to them!

My remote starter was installed last October, technicians were very polite and patient explaining how it works and all the options.Not knowing if they provide any other auto services I called them about nonfunctional heater this December I were told they don't work on heater, but offered me to stop by checking if the heater problem was related to remote starter. When I got there, technicians are very friendly and did check promotely. Matter of fact, the technician explained to me, it was a loose cable which cause the heater problem, not related to the remote starter. They fixed problem without charge. Excellent place and honest people!

Very great people to deal with. I had a Avital Remote start installed on my 2007 Toyota Corolla. Took about 2 hours (like they told me it would) and I was talked through how to work the remote after installation. They solder their connections instead of wire taps. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
