LOVE my new Q5! Special shout out to Susan who was a fantastic salesperson and made the process efficient and enjoyable. I've purchased several new cars in my lifetime including an Audi from Fletcher Jones on Chicago... working with Audi Iowa City and Susan was, by far, my best new car purchase experience. Highly recommend!!

Everyone from service, sales, financing and front office are always helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. They listen to concerns and work hard to make things run smoothly, even when there is an issue. Susan Farrell is the best salesperson ever! All 4 of my purchases from her have been wonderful experiences. I love how easy she makes the process, especially her patience in teaching me how to use all the new electronics.

These guys are good... I searched for 4 months for a specific car and interacted with dozens of representatives from numerous dealerships across the country. None were more responsive or professional than Thomas Brantley at Audi Iowa City. He responded to text messages promptly and provided all the information I asked for, even if some of my requests may have seemed unreasonable. Dealing with him as a salesman was a great experience then the finance director continued the great service by explaining everything clearly, offering me decent options, and getting me in and out of his office in around 30 minutes.Great car buying experience all around... Highly recommend Carousel motors, Audi Iowa City, and Thomas Brantley.

I called from 45 miles away today driving from chicago to Kansas City and my hood latch would not engage correctly. Adam said come on in and they would help. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Customer service means customer service. I will most likely never see Adam again, but Iowa City Audi has a great team member right there. I did not catch the techs name who helped as well but I gave them both high fives on the way out. Out of the way customer service by the team today. Well done!

I've bought 3 Audi's in a row from Carousel Motors and there is a reason for that. These guys do business "right". Not easy to do in a tough business. I find myself amazed at how satisfied I am at the end of each of my purchases. I highly recommend Carousel with no reservations.

As a First Responder and Small Business Owner ,On 12/22/2022 I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership , after driving approx 187 miles from the dealership the service park assist system light came on, I contacted the dealership Internet Sales Manager Ernie that I purchased the vehicle from via cell phone Immediately upon the service warning lights activating and did not receive a response ( see attached screen shots , after hearing no response I called the dealership the next day after having to spend the night locally due to the lights on the dashboard and not hearing a response, after finally contacting Ernie I was told we ll it s cold that s what is causing it and when asked if it does not go away is there anything you could do since I just purchased the vehicle ? I was told there s not much we can do anyway by this car dealer, I contacted GMC direct because as it is a GMC vehicle ( even though it was purchased by from a Nissan Dealership) , they advised me to contact Nissan as it is a Nissan dealership and that they were sorry I experienced this at this dealership , after contacting corporate I was advised to bring it in for a diagnostic test. At an authorized GMC dealer I was told that the parking assist sensor was bad and required repair,that the rear defroster was not connected and missing( even though it was advertised as working) that the codes were cleared, and that the struts were blown and leaking fluid everywhere GMC stated that there was no way that this could have happened on my travel home and that this was a preexisting problem. GMC stated I should contact the dealer with the problems that were encountered because it appears that they took advantage of the consumer and we re not being honest with selling this vehicle. GMC stated that there was no way possible that in the amount of time that I had the vehicle that all these problems and warning messages would have triggered and that they had to be preexisting. I contacted Adam who is a Sales Manager at this dealership and was advised that all there vehicles go through an extensive safety and inspection process , he proceeded after our conversation to say that in Iowa there is no buy back or refund ( which I never mentioned or insinuated) , Adam stated that Ernie tried to contact me multiple times, when I heard this I contacted my cell phone provider who stated that after reviewing the bill that there was no such calls placed to my number. I explained to him I was assured that this vehicle was in good condition and had no preexisting conditions. He stated he d look into it and call me back After feeling dismissed , and at a loss for words due to just spending tens of thousands of dollars at this dealership to what amounted to and felt like as soon as they got my money that they could just simply say not my problem , and that my concerns not taken seriously , I contacted Controller Kyle , after talking to Kyle he completely changed his stance by stating that he talked to Ernie and Adam and stated going above Adams head is prolly not the way to get the outcome I want . After I stated to Adam that I would be in contact with Ken ( the Dealer Principal ) I was talked down upon in my opinion, ( please review you re recorded calls) As a Small Business Owner and a First Responder I feel personally offended and flabbergasted by a statement of that. After having this vehicle diagnosed at a GMC dealership they quoted $3600 in repairs even going as far as stating that this vehicle should not have been sold in this condition and that it will not pass a state inspection. As seen by the previous reviews , an automated copy and paste message is applied saying to call and talk to someone. After this experience with this dealer I have little to no faith they will make right with what should have been fixed prior to purchase. Maybe the news should investigate this dealerships deceptive practices. was advised by my multiple sources to take what ever the dealer offered ( which was a measly $1000) and to report this to corporate

Total waste of time!I have owned 4 Audi's and do all my own work, so it took a lot for me to go to the dealer.Dropped off my Audi Q7, 2007, on Dec 22, 2022. Needed Component protection (commonly referred to as the Dealer profit protection) removed as I had made some changes as I bought the car with no keys! I trusted the dealership.... I guess I was wrong.They did not even look at my car till Jan 16th. 2023, the call I received before that was when they realized, the 2 Q7 problem. where upon, I got the "We may have under estimated the cost to repair!" IT appears that there were 2 Q7s at the same time with the same problem! Mine got lost in the shuffle!Instead of fixing the problem, they wanted to just sell me the NEW parts, i.e...approx $1500 to $3000.I did not believe all the things I read about the StealerShip, but now I see.I had already scanned the car with VCDS and knew what the problem was! So, for them to say... it was something other? I'm not saying that they lied...just saying.As a last insult, my Q7 was fully locked with a DEAD battery! The key fob would not unlock doors, and the key to the door was inside the car! They did, not one thing to help me... They did... not one thing to help me.It was as if, because, they were not getting $1500 to $3000 out of me...I DID NOT MATTER! And it showed!All that great customer care cost me $198(for the attempt)....NICE.Two bright spots though;First, Patty from ALL AMERICAN LOCK & KEY, came to me, in 15 minutes, unlocked the door, in under 5 minutes and even helped load the Q on a trailer. That was another $60 but well spent! She went above and beyond to help me and would not take a tiSecond, Audi SERVICE, will not have to worry about seeing me EVER again.

I purchased a used Audi Q7 and completed the negotiations over the phone and pickup it up the same day! Nathan my salesperson was phenomenal! I highly recommend this dealer and I will be back!

I strongly recommend Jack if you plan to visit the dealership.My wife and I visited to test drive Q5 and Q7, and he gave us the keys to test drive them on our own. We were quite happy about that as we got to discuss the car in private and be relaxed. After that we chose Q5. I knew they don't have the exact configuration that I want, but he got the car that I wanted from QC Audi. He worked out a nice deal for us in few emails, and he was transparent throughout the process (which did not take much time at the dealership).

Went in looking for a new car. Knew I wanted a nice luxury car with some power. Spoke to Jack Arendt about options. He got me hooked up with an 2018 Audi S4. It was a great experience with him and the dealership! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

This place has terrible customer service. Didn t greet me at all when I walked in. Took 15 mins for someone to finally help me. When I arrived I had a good condition 2021 vehicle to trade in. I was talked to like I didn t have any knowledge on my own vehicle and was ridiculously lowballed for my trade in. Salesman dropped the price 6-8k trade in value due to it only needing new tires. The salesman did a very good job of trying to get me out of the door. GREAT selection of vehicles but terrible customer service.

Purchased an e-tron and my experience was excellent. Vaseal in sales was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state and I was confident after speaking with Vaseal that the vehicle was as described. Sharif in finance made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Both were very professional. I would highly recommend Carousel Audi.
