Super friendly staff. My oil change was done in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the service exceptional. They even polished my dashboard and inside door panels. Extremely happy with Walmart Auto!

The place opens at 7, i got there at 5 'til 7 for a quick tire repair, i was the only person there in the auto center and was told that there were people in front of me, and I wouldn't have a chance until 10 AM and if I couldn't wait I should try scheduling it next time instead of just showing up.

Was there the other day The customer service sucks and they don't listen when you ask nicely for them not to put the sticker in my window.

They fit my daughter in for a tire rotation and oil change but the person at the counter was absent most of the time. They did not answer phones so you could make an appointment. We had to walk in and take our chances.

Surprised by some of these complaints. We've taken our Civic (195k miles) here for a long time for oil changes. Never a problem...and they will let you know if you are down oil or other small issues.Hint to those complaining about long waits: it is first come first served. Call ahead to the desk and they usually let you know if they aren't busy. Or just pull around the side, so if you see many cars stacked in service lane come back later.I get mostly oil changes and their price is excellent even for synthetic. Haven't used them for tires but anyone knows DowneyTire is the #1 place for that in Indianola anyway!

Don t even waste your time. I needed a simple tire patch and they wouldn t take me in because they were busy when there was only ONE car in the place. A tire patch takes maybe 10 minutes. May I say, I live 25 minutes away and it s a fast leak. Plus they are not professionally, they act like customers are the worse for coming in. They were making fun of a customer who needed an oil change. Very unprofessional and very lazy.

Went in to have 2 tires mounted and all 4 balanced. I brought my own new tires. After nickel and diming me all the way to 78 dollars they couldn't even be bothered to check tire pressure. I received the vehicle back with the front tire noticeably low i went to a gas station and found it had 17psi.

Tried to buy tires and have them mounted and balanced. Was told I couldn t get them mounted and balanced or even buy them because there was not 2 techs. I ve never heard of such a rule. Guy said he couldn t do anything and was standing around getting paid for it as well. Terrible business.

Ashley was completely rude and unhelpful. She tried to tell me the last tire I purchased with road hazard was right rear when it absolutely was the left rear. She said they would have to match DOT numbers and made me feel like I was lying or trying to get free repair for a flat. I am so done with the customer service at this Walmart. Guys in the actual shop were polite and efficient though.

My car has been finished for 20 minutes and I'm still waiting to pay my bill and get out of here. No one seems to care as four of them stand around talking. I don't know how long this will take. The attitudes show they are probably underpaid.Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't waste your time, maybe cheaper than other local oil change places, but 2 hours isn't worth the money. There was literally one car ahead of me, two hours later I'm still waitingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have taken my car there a few times for tire repair. The guy that takes your information can't spell or work the little hand held machine so he screwed up all my information to where they wouldn't give me my hazzard warranty because they couldn't match my name with what the guy put in his system. After an hour wait on a tire in an empty shop with no one else there they broke my lugnut off and told me they couldn't repair the tire or lugnut. Had to pay full price for a new tire and walked out having to have more work done to the wheel since they broke it. It just never gets better there.

Tires and balancing plus service great.Had to go back to have them air up back tires that should have been checked when 2 new front tires where installed. 34lbs in each front tire 28lbs & 29lbs in 2 back tires.

Slow, horrible service, ruined three of my lug nuts and two of my posts. It cost me $150 to get their mistake fixed and because the other shop had to torch off two of the lug nuts to be able to get the tire off it damaged my rim in the process. Hands down the worst service amd outcome I've had at a tire and lube center. I will absolutely never be coming back.

Yesterday my daughter was driving from Northern Illinois back to Kansas from spring break. Just outside of Des Moines she got flat tire. By the time she got the temp spare on and got to Wal Mart it was 5:58pm and they close at 6. They stayed open and got her tire changed with out an issue and she was out of there by 7. Thank you the great service!!

THEY SCAM YOU!So the time i was there before today my car battery Died and i had to buy a new one, which u know, it happens so whatever, i didnt think much about it. But today i come in and they say it will be an hour and a half wait, i went inside for 30 min and realized i didnt have my wallet so i went to get my keys before they started working to get my wallet and i realized they just left the battery running in my car but it wasnt started, they were purposely wasting my battery until they could take it inside just so id have to buy a new one again.

I had called ahead of time for a tire repair, I then waited two hours, asked for an update and they hadn t even started working on it yet! No update, multiple people stepping out for smoke breaks. I m from out of town and wasn t asking for a lot to be done. Worst experience ever!

Told my car would be 30 minutes for and oil change. Hour half later I'm still waiting. I never liked Wal-Mart and this is just another fuel to the fire. If they would stop screwing around and work then maybe it would actually be better

Great service very nice. I try to take my car here when I can. Or can't go out out town. I never see people playing with the equipment like people say there always knolahable. Love this location.

The only time you should ever use the Walmart tire service in indianola is if you got plenty of time to waste they are very understaffed and very underqualifiedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Ordered 4 tires from their website and waited 2 hours for them to refuse to put them on because they were one size bigger (they still fit with no issues) than the ones that were on the vehicle

Staff front know a single thing about cars why cant wal mart hire qualified people for the auto center WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
