If I could give 0 starts, I would. I stopped by to look at a vehicle during business hours and I waited about an hour to talk to him about it. He never showed up. When I did catch him and told him I had interest in a vehicle, he took my name and number and told me he would call me when he had a chance to look at the vehicle (he bought it from another dealer and wanted his mechanics to look at it). Today, I drove by and he was showing a family the vehicle I was interested in. This is, by far, the worst customer service I had ever seen from an auto dealership. He s not at the dealership during posted hours, he doesn t contact people who asked to contacted through his own website, nor does he contact you if he takes down your information. Horrible customer service and terrible business practices. He will not be getting my business. Nor my son s business either who was also asking to be contacted about a certain vehicle.

Worked with Matt and Mark to purchase 2 vehicles , 2014 Chevy Spark and Chevy Cruze. Great people to work with. I constantly check their web page to see if there are anymore vehicles I could use that they have for sale. Very honest, easy to work with, and very accommodating!Thanks, TJ

The only interaction I've had with Matt (maybe it was Mark) was today on eastbound highway 34 near Fairfield when he passed me in a company HHR and then slowed down to below the speed that I had the cruise control set at. I tried to get away, but he eventually caught up with me and matched my speed again. Then he slowly went around and I never saw him again. Why do people drive like this?

New ride from Matt, owner of Smart Auto Sales. Known the guy since a kid and would recommend him to anyone. Stand up guy who I don't think he would knowingly steer someone wrong.

Friendly, honest, helpful staff answered all my questions and took my particular financial situation into consideration. I found a great car for an awesome price! They were very forthcoming with all the knowledge they had about any vehicle of interest. It was a pleasure doing business with them! My daughter also bought a minivan from them as well. Neither of us has had problems with our vehicles and we r very satisfied with our purchases! I highly recommend this business!

Matt is a very good man. I cant stress enough that this is the place to get a car. They are all filled with knowledge of vehicles. As they should be. Very honest. I was on a budget looking for a good family car, and matt gave me a awesome deal. The car is sharp runs great. Good guys.

This buisness is for the customers! Me and a buddy went in looking for a buisness truck and the owner Matt met us at the car lot around 9 pm. He was honest and probably the best car owner/salesmen I ve ever delt with. Not only was he polite but 100% truthful about the vehicle we ve already put on about 2 thousand miles and absolutely nothing is wrong with it. I think all car places should be like this quality over quantity!!!

Honest, straight forward. Genuinely cares about doing a fair deal with you. I would absolutely recommend Smart Auto for your next used car purchase. I have bought 3 cars from Matt and have been very happy with all 3 purchases. Thank you to Matt and his staff for making a usually stressful purchase of buying a car seam painless.

These guys are absolutely great! Went in after looking at their website and was able to test drive my car in minutes. They were upfront about not doing financing in house but in the end it didnt matter for me but keep that in mind. It's a small family run business and honestly you feel like you're among friends when you first walk into the lot.

I was looking for a car for my son. This place was wonderful to work with and super friendly. The con was we bought a car with 115,000 on it but the engine that they said had been replaced had over 200,000 on it (which was not mentioned in the sale) and uses/leaks 3 quarts each week. Be careful.
