I bought a new to me 2007 Softtail Deuce from Dave at Route 65 today. The transaction was fun, fair and professional. These guys went out of their way to make me happy. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Dave was by my side advocating for me from beginning to end. I have say I wouldn t buy from anywhere else. Thanks Dave! Let s ride!!!

The sales team worked hard to get me what i wanted. Very knowledgable. This is the only dealership I will buy from. This is my 3rd bike and second new from route 65 . Amazing people from parts, service , clothing and motorcycle sales

I bought my bike there a long time ago. The people are friendly. The only problem for me is i live in DM and there on the south side of indianola so I don't travel that way very often

All staff are awesome! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable no matter what I'm in the shop for. Parts, Accessories, clothes, or, most recently, a new bike.

When it is time for a new bike, I know exactly where I m going, and that is back to Route 65 Harley Davidson! I bought my 2nd Street Glide from them last weekend, and I couldn t have had a better experience anywhere else. The whole staff is about as friendly and as helpful as can be. I ve worked with Kenny and I ve worked with Brian, both guys were awesome. Next time you re in the market for a new bike, I highly recommend Route 65!

I bought my 06 Harley davidson ultra classic 2mths ago a few major things went wrong with my bike Karen Perry the business manager said not to worry they stand behind there bikes they fixed my bike at no cost! I'd recommend anyone to go there!! I'll keep going back

I bought a 2010 Harley heritage the salesman was great for the finance department was awesome I love the bike that I got and if I ever find another one it'll be from route 65 Harley-Davidson

We got exactly what we wanted! They did what 3 other Harley Davidson shops couldn't make happen. We wanted a 2020 CVO Road Glide and that was it. With one brand new one left in the U.S. at a dealership in Wisconsin, the team from the owner to the salesman at Route 65 made it happen!

While I no longer have a bike, I previously bought one from route 65 and loved the experience. Brian is the guy to see if you re wanting to buy a bike! My family frequents route 65 and a majority have bought a bike from Brian as well. Cruiser in parts always helps my dad find what he s looking for, and even though I haven t seen her in awhile, Tracy in accessories can help you find any kind of apparel you need!

Looks like an old 50s style diner! Pretty cool! They even have some old vintage cars inside up on the balcony for display. Same owner as the Big Barn.

Great service & knowledgeable help. The only shop I know of where the owner is greeting and talking with customers. Have bought 3 bikes in 2 yrs and every purchase was effortless. Brian in finance will get you the best rate possible. Staff greets you by name. Best dealer in the state by far.

I had my CVO serviced and several things done for over $1700 . New Tires ,brakes , battery so on . Went to pick it up and noticed display on odometer. I asked what THIS was since I have never seen it. One of Service managers looked at it and said you have NO gas!!! I opened up the gas cap to see if this is a mistake. No ...no gas none !! It was on reserve. I dropped bike off with little over 1/4 . Are you kidding me ! Not even enough to get me to the gas station . First service manager asked if they should put some in it ?? Yes please! . Very Annoyed I discussed it with 2nd service manager which I got a very very rude response. It's not their job to check the gas when the motorcycles come in or when they go out. What upset me the most was the fact that he talked to me like I was his drunk buddy in a bar and not A Paying customer. Very very rude!!. I wouldn't have minded playing for gas even if it was empty, but that was not the point .The way I was treated there was unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager about his rudeness. Which took them 20 minutes with nobody showing up.I had to go and find him myself. THAT guy disappear . I discussed the situation with him how rude he was with me . And was totally blown off and was explained the same rude explanation. NOT their job to put gas in my Harley! Which I responded I gave you $1700 at least you can put some in to get me to the gas station. Still rude and trying to defend the situation and not apologizing or being nice whatsoever I left. Very very disappointed. I expected more From Harley and this particular store. Very Bad customer service and manager and one Particular employee!

Great Customer Service!! I brought my 21 road king in for warranty work and to enable my oil cooler fan. Mitch has a great crew of service techs, Jim and Tyler helped me through this process, and Will did an outstanding job fixing both issues. I will definitely come back here again for service in the future. Thanks!

After working here for 3yrs, I can honestly say that this is a great service dept. The techs there know their trade, they can fix things not just parts changers. All the people at Route 65 genuinely love their customers! I was honored to work with such a great dealership.

The most knowledgeable sales people and parts department I've ever dealt with!! I went to the barn and they wouldn't even look at me evidently they didn't think that I had money or something they were all just standing around nobody would come to me to help me at all as soon as I walked into your dealership I was approached kindly asked if I was looking or just browsing... I said I was just browsing for right now he goes what are you interested in? I told him a trike he said well we have quite a few over here and it went on from there probably the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was a salesperson myself at a car dealership in Ankeny very large one he basically sold the way I did. Very pleased

It's hard to give them any stars for service. You are charged a fee when you purchase a bike. But you will be back, because 9-10 bikes must not be checked. 3 out of 3 bikes we purchased from them in the last 3 months, have had to go back because of issues that should have been found during their check, which weren't.Swarts is a great guy and stands behind his word. He had a ton of knowledge and explains everything. I give him 10 stars!!

I've had a very good experience with this service department and was treated good as should be even though the bike was not purchased at their facility they addressed my problems and fixed the issues

The second best part of getting a Harley was the staff at Route 65. Thanks so much to Scott, Mike, the women at the apparel counter, and many others. All so friendly and nice. I love that they all treat you with respect and kindness regardless of whether you are purchasing used or new. Had a slight issue with the headlights after purchase and they immediately took care of it. Very knowledgeable and answer all your questions...regardless of how many you might ask...lol. I don't think I could say enough on how great they all were!
