Regarding my most recent used vehicle purchase, Chumbley's technicians were able to quickly diagnose and repair the problems. When a situation recurred due to a manufacturer's defective part, the shop fixed the problem at no further cost to me for parts or labor. I would highly recommend this business.

Always trustworthy and good service! They fixed my car with amazing care (I m talking about the gas cover handle they fixed without me asking, an easy fix but it would have been just as easy for them not to do it). What a nice surprise thank you!

Very solid work from these guys, I've had them work on an Econoline Ford and a Chevrolet Silverado - quick turn around and they find structural issues with the car you'd never really think about.

I looked around all over Des Moines, and was being quoted an outrageous price to mount, balance, and align 35 x12.5 tires on 20 rims but Chumbley s quoted a price I was very happy with, and they did an excellent job. My Daughter is currently attending Simpson College. We are from Utah, and didn't know who to reach out to to look at our daughter's car when she started to have a few issues. After doing some research we decided to call Chumbleys. They were quick to get her car in, worked with her schedule, and us. We are so glad we came across them online. We will most definitely encourage our daughter to continue to go to them for any car related needs. Thank you for your great service.

What fantastic service. My Old 2003 Durango broke down in our drive. They made arraignments to tow it in after 5:00pm during a blizzard and had if up and running on the very day they said they would have it done. Highly recommended

Since I am unable to drive anymore because of a medical condition they were very nice about picking it up and bringing it home when they were unable to get it all done in one day they called me and ask if it was all right if they kept it over I appreciate the information that was given to me with the bill telling me about the different things that could go wrong and the price is so that was very interesting to read I'd highly recommend anytime anybody wants to know where to get your service I would tell them chumley's thank you for the service and the friendliness of your workers

Incorporated 3rd party tow in billing so I didn't have to deal with that event separately. Kept me informed. Diagnosed and repaired issues in timely manner. Handled a minor in lot fender bender with compassion.

Chumbley s changed the oil and gave my Forester a thorough check of all its parts. They put in a new battery, and I will take it back in next week for some other servicing that it requires. I am very happy with my first experience with Chumbley s. I am very glad that I gave them a try. Pricing is very fair. They even adjusted my clock so it is showing the right time!

The guys down at Chumbley s are awesome. Before taking my vehicle to them I had taken it to Firestone. I was dealing with an issue where my car would randomly stall out and my acceleration wasn t working. Long story short and nearly $1,500 later Firestone couldn t tell me what the issue was. This was an issue for over two months.When I got it into to Chumbley s the guys only had the car two days! One day to fix it up and other to drive the car to ensure it was right! Turns out, it was a purge valve that I had replaced at FIRESTONE that had been causing the problem. Very helpful people, cost was not too bad, and they want to make you feel like they care about your vehicle!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The guys were quick to get me in for an alignment after having some issues with tire wear. Very professional and friendly. Great service, clean shop, fantastic detail on my car report! I have used them several times for oil changes. I haven t needed a repair yet, but know several people who have personally recommended them for the same reasons and affordability.
