CY & Charley's has been one of the best tire place anywhere. Always have been welcomed, they have made me feel. Been doing business with them since 1988. Great place for needs of tires to home appliances. Quality products, along with quality customer service makes all the difference in the world. Now people have seemed how to be grateful for your service. People now a days act like your bothering them to buy from them. Never have I ever felt like this with them and I thank you for

Got a tire change done for me in a little over an hour, no appointment needed! Priced competitively and they are local. Always fast and friendly! And I already notice a substantial difference with the Cooper tires they suggested. Thanks!

These are the most generous people I have ever met, saved me on the interstate when I shredded a boat trailer tire (very large and heavy) .. On a Friday... AFTER 5 PM! I would like to thank them for helping me and would recommend to everyone! Down to earth hometown people. Thanks to you, I finally got my boat home.

Mixed reviews- 5 star purchase and delivery. The problem arose when we listed our home for sale and they shared our personal purchasing information with a potential buyer affecting our sale. They denied it even though the employees name and specifics were provided. We never received our appliance rebate either that they helped us file. Would recommend their appliances and install - just be aware.

These guys did an amazing job balancing my 13.5 wide tires on 51 offset Rims when no other shop could get them balanced correctly. Thanks

Great service. Helped us select three appliances for two of our rental units. Help us get the right size fridges and right type of ovens for our spaces. Even delivered the products earlier than expected which was fantastic. Watching the care their staff used to sit and level the stove was awesome. They really care that the product is right and is installed right. They removed the old appliances and cleared out the packaging material. Even gave recommendations on upkeep.

Cy and Charley's has a great crew, they've always let us know if something needed worked on or what was going on. I've never had any issues with their work from an oil change to something more complicated. Very easy to work with and always called by first name when getting there or leaving.

We couldn t be happier with the service we received from Kim after we purchased a fridge and freezer. We had problems a year later and they immediately sent a team out and gave us a loaner to use. Then they fixed issue with the manufacture and got our unit fix and got us back to normal. Keep up the great work Cy and Charleys!

Exceptional service and a quick turn around time for my tire fix. Stopped in with a hole in the inside dual of my truck and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone!

Passing through for business, low tire pressure light came on plus I needed air in my air bags. Service guy told me I can get air for the bags but it would be a 45 min wait to see which tire is low. REALLY!!!?? I would of understood the wait if there might be a problem with my tires, but not the case as I have new tires and being cold - duh- air compresses. Ya have the hose out anyway and its only takes a couple of mins to check the tires. Boubin Goodyear immediately took care of me and wanted my business.

I love this shop! My fianc� and I have been using them after having problems with other places and we ve never wanted to go anywhere else! They have such a family owned feel and are always so nice and willing to go above and beyond to help.

Great customer service. I ve been several times for oil change and once for a tire patch. I never have to wait long and usually take my two little girls with me. They love walking around looking at all of the big tires!

Called looking for a particular dishwasher, they had in stock for the same price as the big box stores online. Only reason I check lows depot is to get an idea of what I want to buy, then I get it from Cy & Charley's, often for less money! Plus local services and support if I have any issues later on. These guys are the best, don't mess around at the big box stores.

I've used them for my last several oil changes and just bought a set of tires today. Very competitive prices and good service and nice facility as far as I can see so far. Update: I have continued to use them and been very happy..

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had a very long wait when getting new tires, and my most recent experience was the shortest yet. I've only been here for new tires and can't say anything about new appliances, but we have had to get appliance parts, and that has always been a quick and pleasant experience also. I would highly recommend.

Great Service with a Smile.I recently stopped in and got an oil change without making an appointment first. They worked me in quickly and got me going pretty fast.They truly offer "hometown" service and I have been a steady customer since I got my first car over 40 years ago (carrying on a family tradition that my Dad started).

Haven't always used Cy & Charley's in the past,but have used there service's more than a couple times in the last year and have to say "Way didn't we go here,before now!" Wonderfully friendly and helpful people,willing to go that extra step to make sure it is done right. Makes you feel good in knowing they care about the work they perform. Good Job!

Great customer service and 9 times out of 10, great work on our vehicles. However, last time we brought our vehicle in for new tires, they severely over inflated them and we now have a blown tire because of it. When we noticed the blowout we checked all the other tires.. 65-70 psi on tires that have a max of 50. Very disappointed. Not sure why they would have done that or not checked what the tires are supposed to have in them before doing it. I shouldn't have to check the tires in the parking lot immediately after having them worked on but now I know I'll have to.

Amazing customer service. Called them for a tire issue and they had it fixed in less than an hour and the price was extremely reasonable. I'm thankful for them. I'll definitely be back.

I recently had my truck in to check its alignment. I was told that they couldn't align the truck till the ball joints were replaced at $1600. While I was at the store I also purchased a new mattress and box spring. As I was leaving I overheard them saying that they couldn't align another car till its ball joints were replaced. Seems as if there was an epidemic of failed ball joints that day. I took my vehicle to another dealer and was told there was no issue with my ball joints. I have went to Cy & Charley's for years but that relationship is coming to a close. I am really hoping this is one bad employee or experience. I am a huge believer in supporting local businesses.

They always get you in and are taken care of quickly. If they run into a problem, they talk to you about it and let you make a decision of what you want to do or have done. Jeff Smock
