They do a nice job when they have the time but don t call them and talk to John because he will just tell you that they don t have the time of day for you in a very rude and abrupt manner. I only called to ask a simple non-emergent question and I obviously was interrupting his precious time.I know now they lost my business completely which is sad because l like keep business in town but no long. No one deserves to be treated like this!!!!

My girlfriend hit a deer last year in November, insurance paid Jurgens in full, come April we called to see what s up and they hadn t even ordered her parts. By now the damage has multiplied by three. Things are missing, horn doesn t work. Two months later, they still had nothing, giving us the run around. We demanded a different mechanic through insurance, so they retrieved their money and we have gone elsewhere. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Horrible way to run a business. Would never recommend. Embarrassing I even have to leave this review.

10/10 recommend! Got a tow at 8 pm and probably interrupted their dinner, yet very friendly and courteous. Much appreciated.

Had a flat tire while working down the road. These guys hooked me up with some air and sent me to the tire shop. While there I was looking at their shop and equipment and could tell these guys do great work. 1st class people!

Today south of Humboldt JergensBody and alignment driving there black freightliner rollback hauling a silver Dodge Dooley thought it was cute to pull out in front of a semi at 55 mile an hour fully loaded. I have this on the companies dash cam and it should be turned into the DOT and the state patrol and his insurance company

I took my vehicle here multiple times and have always been happy with the service. This last time was above and beyond my vehicle had a problem with a sensor on the back up sensor and forgot to tell them. They had the local dealership double check it wasn't something they had done. Thanks you
