Got me right in after work with a flat tire! Super friendly when I got there. I told them just to leave the vehicle outside and I would come back for it after the shop closed. Next thing I know, they had delivered my vehicle to my home! So nice!

I love going Vollmar. I just recently started going there since my job is now in Holstein. I love the convenience of them picking up my car while I m at work to change my oil and I don t have to worry about leaving to deliver my car. Every time I call they are friendly and great at helping schedule my oil changes.

Would highly recommend this dealership. Sue and Evan were very accomodating to our daughter to stay late to pick up her new (to her) car. It was an easy traction. No high pressure sales tactics. Just good dealing.

I really had good service. I thought Ryan was very very helpful, trying everything on my suv. He was friendly and helped all he could. I appreciated he called a tow truck for me. Guess I will be stopping in Holstein each time I make my trip from Marshalltown to Soiux Falls. Everyone at your business was very friendly. Thank you all!

Everyone was helpful and kind. I had a tire emergency and they took care of it right away. The facility is extremely clean and the staff are very professional and friendly.

Called and spoke with Vollmar salesman Kyle on a Thursday morning & was in our new vehicle by Friday at lunchtime. He stayed late to accommodate my husbands work schedule and let us take it for a test drive, which was so appreciated. No pressure, easy to talk to, and best of all- no BS. We ll definitely be back to Vollmar for future vehicle needs.

I needed a valve stem put in a tire and the folks at Volmar's got it done in record time! First time customer and they treated me like a long-standing customer! I highly recommend Vollmar Motors for all auto problems!

I was hired for the detailer position. Before I was hired during my interview I told them I was going to be needing surgery on my neck. I even signed a statement saying I wasn't going to be trying to claim workman's comp. That day came sooner than later about a month into my position. I told Randy the owner that I was going to be needing it sooner but needed to get things lined up insurance wise and stuff but I could continue to work until then. Randy proceeded to tell me I was fired and he needed someone more reliable. I'm a local kid from their area even went to school with his kid. They told me theyre like a big family there and this is how they end up treat you.

They told me the noise coming from my front end was a bad transmission and was going to cost $4000 to replace it. I took it to a real mechanic and he diagnosed it as a bad wheel bearing and fixed it for under $200. Crooks or incompetent you decide.

Made an appt to get the brake lights repaired and rear wiper fixed as it was damaged. They call 30 minutes later and say it is done. I ask to make sure everything was done, only to find out they hadn't even looked at the rear wiper. Well, that may need parts. Huh? I knew that when I made the appt. I was then told it wasn't anything to get upset about. Huh? You didn't do what you were asked to do. To most people, that's reason to be upset. ADDITION - Because I gave a low rated review, they contacted me. And then proceeded to tell me what I saud wrong in my review. The service mgr, not the receptionist, told me the parts would be there on Wednesday. Then on Wednesday, we were told that more parts had to be ordered. Not that some parts hadn't come in, as I was argued with about. If any company can't handle a bad review over what actually happens, they shouldn t be in the service industry!

I always assumed I'd make my first car purchase at Vollmar's. I'm so glad that I was able to do so. Randy and Susan worked so hard to find me the right car and get me an amazing deal. On top of it all, Susan even had the patience & time to dedicate to my out-of-state residency situation. I feel blessed to have had such a great experience.Kari Cronin

My buddy took his Chevy Colorado there to get a window motor fixed, he got the truck back and it still wasn t fixed. Then management proceeded to tell him to never come back. I highly recommend buying a Ford and going to a real mechanic. Very unprofessional.

I m only giving them one star because you can t give zero. I took my pickup in to have an alignment done. After over a grand worth or new parts and labor it wears my tires even worse.

I have been a loyal Chevy guy all of my life. A month ago I bought a 2012 Malibu from a local used car dealer. I then took it to my local Chevy dealer for servicing. Unfortunately the dealer called with bad news. the Malibu had had a catastrophic engine failure and had been fixed under warranty at Vollmar Motors last June.The service department at Vollmar Motors fixed the basic problem but failed to empty the debris from the oil pan. This is something that any mechanic should have done! The debris has been floating around the engine for eleven months.We contacted both Vollmar Motors and GM and even though the repair was still under warranty, neither would stand behind the service because the car had been sold.If this is an example of the quality of the service department and the customer service, I wouldn't ever have work done here!
