Have dealt with these guys twice now. Once when lights on my diesel truck weren't working with my camper and now with my girlfriends car. Got it in quickly and gave me a fair price. Glad I found out about them so I can support a local company. Will definitely be back.

These guys went so far above and beyond I cannot express my gratitude enough. Around 4 PM we happened to stop at Casey s gas station on our way to Minneapolis and heard a knocking in the engine as we pulled in that was obviously not right. After calling half a dozen shops in Iowa city, I called Our Shop. Dave picked up and said they d take a look. As anyone that has scheduled auto services knows, getting a car looked at, let alone fixed in anything less than a week is usually a fool s errand. After diagnosing the problem (broken timing chain) Dale told me they would get the part that evening, Justin would work on it that night, and offered to drop my family at a hotel he recommended. Justin worked through the night to fix our SUV and then picked us up from the hotel in the morning! I m guessing he had maybe four hours sleep. The car runs great. The cost was more than reasonable. And these guys didn t owe us any of it. After originally estimating they couldn t get to work on the vehicle until next week, they pulled an all nighter and got us on the road by 9 AM the next day. Our Shop is competent, honest, and incredibly hard working. Give them your business!

So far so good. Allowed me to drop vehicle off even though space is pretty tight. Since I am a Stutsman Transportation driver will even drop car off at terminal in time for me to get home in NC.

They did an audio installation for my 2008 Chevy and absolutely did a wonderful job and helped me with other things that I didn't even ask. Holy snap, these dudes are awesome.Have to leave these guys a review, I mean, I guess they don't need it since they have pretty much all 5 stars already (tribute to their awesomeness), but I will leave my experience nonetheless.We were nearly 600 miles away from home when our car started acting up pretty badly. We had a small baby in the car, it was almost 100 degrees outside, and a timeline to stick to since it was just the beginning of a long road trip for us. I had called around to every shop in the area practically and no one could get us in, some for weeks even.However, Our Shop helped us with the situation, replacing the ignition coil pack that was causing the problem and getting us on our way in less than an hour. Thankfully, they understood the situation and prioritized the little project. Not sure what the cost is for this kind of repair in the area but I'm sure they charged something reasonable when they had an opportunity to take advantage of our situation.THANK YOU OUR SHOP!

Really like the two guys working here very friendly and easy to talk to. Had them install an amp and Sinister sound speakers to my Harley. The morning I dropped it off they got called out to a big customer and then stayed late to still get my bike done on the day they told me they would get it done. Sometimes communication on the phone isn't the best but once you go talk to them in person you will like them ! I will definitely use them again to get shocks installed on my bike !! Thanks guys ! I almost forgot also gave me a military discount for my service !! Thank you for supporting soldiers !

My husband s car had died on a Saturday morning at the gas station and it wasn t anything that we were able to fix ourselves. I called up Our Shop and they came out to the gas station right away to helps us get everything up and running again! Amazing and so helpful! Their service is much appreciated and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!Service: Battery
