1st time Kia owner, 1st time at a Kia dealership. *Made an appointment. Drove 2hrs to have our kia serviced here. Appointment at 10:30am, by 5:30pm our vehicle was not even looked at. Told that "drop-ins" have priority. That could've been mentioned during the initial appointment scheduling. That could've been mentioned during 1 of the 7hrs our kia was here. We left without service.

Brought my car in today for a A/C water leak under my glove box. Adam, Cody, and Austin were nothing short of wonderful. Fixed and back on the road in a couple hours. Shuttle service back to my work while they had my car in the shop was a huge plus as well! Thanks guys!

If you need ANYTHING done on your car absolutely stay away from these guys. I came in at 9:30 for my appointment and 4 hours later they finally got back to me. No updates no photos no nothing that their service promise claims. They charged me $300 to wash my car and tell me a hose is broken but they need $700 more to fix it?! It s a $30 hose. Oh and they charge for use of specialty tools that they can t name. The techs are incredibly rude and condescending. I hate that I even bought a car from McGrath all together. I can t wait to trade this in. Save yourself the money and find somewhere honest and cheaper.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car which was covered under a factory warranty to Kia service department in Hiawatha, because I it was smelling like it was burning. The first time the service department guy did not find anything but topped off my oil. The second time did not find anything and wanted me to leave it over night, which I did. The next day was told they found nothing. This went on for about two months! I took my car in for my scheduled oil change informed the service guy I was still smelling the burning smell. Upon inspection they mysteriously found the leak with video proof! I asked the service guys to check my warranty. He informed me he would. Called and left multiple voicemails with no return call. Three weeks later I schedule my appointment even had the schedule to put notes on my account to check my warranty would cover this work. Husband drops the car off to be serviced and it was not covered my warranty had ended three weeks prior to my appointment! I am still fighting with the service manager Tom to file a claim to get my money reimbursed due to all the times I had come in for the same problem. I even filed a claim with Kia. Please beware! If they are not listening or don t find anything take your vehicle some where else!

Decent, but sort of slow. I've never had a problem though I prefer quality to making mistakes.Shuttle service is excellent and they make it convenient to get back and forth to where you are going

Receptionist just hung up on me and she s a idiot who can t look up in the system who called me and didn t leave a vm . This company is terrible!!!

Awesome experience. Talked to Travis prior to my appointment and he was very clear about possible repair and price. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. Hopefully he can get it all fixed up and I can update to a five star review. Travis and Spencer deserve recognition for a job well done.

Had a little issue with my kia. Stopped in, and they took it back fixed. We were in and out in no time. Even washed for us. Thanks Cody!

Recently had an oil change on my van. Scheduled, got in within a week, drove up, went right in, gave them my keys. Quoted me a wait time and were right on it. Polite staff, anyone walking by would say hello. Free guest wifi, coffee or vending machine soda available.

Everyone was professional, informative and timely. Travis gave great customer service and I could see he enjoyed the work he does, is efficient and knowledgeable. I imagine this can be a thankless job more times than not. McGrath also provided a good space for social distancing and staff were wearing masks. I have had all of my oil changes and maintenance done here since I purchased my car from them a little over 2 years ago. I always receive great service and am treated well. Kim was excellent at getting me in and out and explaining to me what was done. I would definitely recommend the Kia service team for all of your Kia service needs.

Always get my car surviced here. Staff is friendly. Sometimes, it may take a little longer to get stuff completed, but it's done right.

Bought an extended warranty when purchasing a vehicle, but have never had any of my required repairs covered by it. I had my air conditioner fixed recently, only to have the air conditioner break down within a few weeks of having been fully repaired by them. It seems that though the mechanics are friendly and do what they can to help, nothing truly gets fixed right.

I was charged for a service I didn't ask for and when I'm trying to get the refund for it I can never reach the manager I left messages and he has yet to get in contact with me.

Just take it to Billion service. Get loaner vehicles even for drop off oil changes, less expensive and they obviously communicate better within their department. Gave them 3 chances and they totally blew it days before the 4th service. Your service department needs a makeover.

Waited 9 minutes in the garage area just standing around before a service agent helped me out and got my service started. Once it started, it was smooth sailing

They are accurate on estimates - both dollar amount and time. They follow up on each visit as well. The only time that I had an issue, they took care of it right away.

I was not happy with the out the part I need is not covered by Warranty And I don't have the money to pay out of pocket And I don't take But the service Was great. This is the 1st time I've had to plan for any repair
