I highly recommend Bigfoot Auto! They are an extremely friendly dealership owned by brother and sister. The instant you arrive you are greeted with exceptional customer service. They sell great quality vehicles at VERY affordable prices, and they are even willing to negotiate prices (depending on the vehicle in question and it's value of course) PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. If you are searching for your next car go to Bigfoot Auto. I've bought 2 vehicles from them so far and I can safely say that you'll leave happy if you do business with them.

This place is definitely the place to be for used cars at great prices! I have had an exceptionally good experience with not only the staff but the auto mechanic was very thorough with his explanation of what he did to the vehicle to make it road worthy. I could have easily went anywhere else however I recommend we all stay local and help our community thrive by purchasing from them. 100 percent recommendable.

Bigfoot auto takes AMAZING care of their cars. They have so many different vehicles to choose from with a price range to fit everyone. They don t collect fees like most dealerships. No hidden costs or fees. The owners are awesome people to deal with and as honest as they come! If you re looking for a car, Bigfoot auto is the place to shop!

Great people here. Gwen is awsome she doesn t put any pressure on anybody to try and get a sale. Gwen and Cody are super down to earth people. I highly recommend them to any body looking to get a vehicle.

The staff was very friendly. I did address some.concerns with the car, such as a wheel bearing, which I was fine with fixing. She said nope my mechanic looked at it and everything is sound on the car. they even replaced the front brakes and rotors. I asked point blank if she knew of any issues and she said no. Again I fully expected to fix some things on a used car. I don't appreciate being told false tales. I took it to my mechanic to make sure it was safe for my kiddos first car and after I paid $4800 to big foot auto I was told it was an additional $1899.97 to fix a broken motor mount, wheel bearing, and intake manifold which has a massive leak. Just make sure to take it to a mechanic before you buy. not saying the seller is lying but if that's not the case she needs a new mechanic.

Bought my ford escape 3 months ago where I was told it was a great car. I m only 16 and I paid cash for this vehicle assuming that everything was in perfect working order like I was told. My car left me stranded and wouldn t move at all, my mechanic informed me that it was a transmission.

We had been looking for an older Toyota or Honda for our daughter to drive at college. We needed to quickly find a safe reliable vehicle for her to drive. We got lucky when we found a 1 owner 2009 Camry. We felt confident in talking with them and their assessment of the car. Pricing was fair, no pressure sales transaction, Gwen and her brother were good honest people to work with. Thank you!

Starting off, I got into a wreck at the beginning of June and ended up having my car totaled. My family and I spent endless hours in the car it seems trying to look for a new car that was in budget for a 16 year old to buy. After traveling great distances across Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois, my dad stumbled on Bigfoot Auto. How, I do not know but it ended up being for the better. We had been to many auto shops and dealerships all with the same outcome, no cars in budget or cars that looked nothing like the pictures did online. We spent weeks searching for a nice car, with low mileage, and at a decent price. My dad found this car (2008 Jeep Compass) on a Thursday night and traveled to Hiawatha to look at the exterior and he loved it, unfortunately, Bigfoot Auto was closed. He called and Gwen had something going on with her family that weekend which was completely fine. That Monday morning he and I traveled back to Hiawatha in hopes of buying this car. We got in and test drove it and it was pretty much set from then on! We began the purchasing process and it was amazing! Gwen's service was so pleasant especially for running a small family-owned business. She walked us through the entire process from start to end with 100% honesty about the questions my dad had. We couldn't have asked for anything better than an amazing car without having to deal with all of the big dealership BS. Overall, an amazing experience and an even better outcome! My mom baught her car from them and loves it they stand behind what they sale.i was in town yesterday with a broken car I went to the dodge garage they said they could look at it in a couple days so I didn't know what to do so I remembered my mom saying how nice this guy was and honest so I went to him he had me fixed and back on road in about 15 min. He stopped what he was doing and fixed my car. If you want nice, honest and friendly go check them out. There are still good people in the world.

I had such a great experience with Gwen at Bigfoot Auto! I came to her hoping to sell my vehicle. I had been told by a family member that she and her brother would be fair and honest in this process and they did not disappoint!! I would highly recommend checking out Bigfoot Auto if you are selling a vehicle. I rate them 10 stars!!

Bigfoot Auto is honest and fair. When my car died, they assisted in towing it to their lot. Their estimate to repair was hundreds of dollars less than the big name repair shop. With that said, it was time to let go and move on, so we sold it to Bigfoot. They gave us an extremely fair deal. Thank you Gwen and Matt! We'll be back!

Recently became aware of Bigfoot Auto on Facebook and have now purchased two vehicles from them. Have never had such an easy, completely pain free car buying experience. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Everyone at Bigfoot Auto was fantastic! I needed a dependable but inexpensive car for work and I can honestly say that I was blown away from the superior service I received from the moment I walked through the door! It was so nice to feel NO PRESSURE at any time during a car buying experience. Any concerns I had about my vehicle were immediately addressed and made right! You can tell that their customers are their number one priority!! I would recommend Bigfoot Auto a million times over and I will never go anywhere else!!!

I would not recommend working or doing business with this company. The company is not customer oriented. It turned out that in the 21st century it is impossible to pay for a car with a direct deposit and send it to another city. It is impossible to make an advance payment and come the next day or two days later to buy a car. Small businesses need to have a foundation focused on being flexible and really helping people. Terrible company and absolute indifference of the manager.

After a horrible experience at a big dealership we decided to check out smaller ones in the CR area. Bigfoot Auto was recommended and I am so glad we found them. We got exactly what we needed, they were friendly and helpful through the whole process, the vehicles were in great shape, and it took no time at all to get everything squared away and drive off in our new (to us) vehicle. Highly recommend!

Gwen posted a Nissan Altima on Facebook market place so I offered cash below her asking price to negotiate a deal. She was not interested in negotiating the price, she thinks she priced it at the best price on the market (I Kelly Blue booked the car she did not). Yet I told her I was still interested in looking at the vehicle & she informed me they were closing for the day which is a good heads up as I live an hour away. I asked to see the vehicle on Saturday she said that the business wasn t going to be open for the weekend. Which is very unheard of. She didn t request to set up a separate time/day for me to look at the vehicle. She's very rude and unprofessional, she referred to me as man . Any time I ve bought a vehicle from a dealer it takes about an hour, she isn t running a business since she couldn t take an hour out of her Saturday to make 12k cash or refer me to anyone else that works there that might have better customer service. It s become clear that the business is a scam.

my husband is a trucker and wanted to make a gift for our wedding anniversary at the end of March. He was going to pay for the car and order delivery to another state, since he himself could not come to the office, because he was at work and they did not plan to send him to Iowa. But the manager did not want to do it remotely. He had absolutely no interest in selling the car. In the description of the car, some damage was also not indicated. So he planned to hide it. As a result, I was left without a gift.

It isn't possible to have a better car buying experience! Gwen and Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything about the purchase of my Tacoma was perfect and stress free. I got a fair price on my trade and was out the door quickly with a smile on my face.
