Just picked up my car last Friday after Steve and his crew did amazing work after a little unexpected collision. They took care of everything, from the minute I made the initial call Miranda was my go to person throughout the process. Highly recommend. Oh, forgot to mention, I live in Iowa City but at the recommendation of a trusted family friend, I gave Copeland's a call. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Copeland Auto Body is always extremely professional and does quality work. I have zero questions or doubts as to whether or not my car will be handled/fixed in the correct manner and/or how it will be repaired. The peace of mind of the quality workmanship is worth the drive.

Always the best work and customer service. I use Copelands for ALL my automotive needs. From mechanical to body work and towing to tires they can fix you up. Always super easy to deal with and they go above and beyond to take care of you. Can t say enough great things about this business and the people! Truly make you feel like family and you know they appreciate your business. They do it right, no need to search any further.

Seriously if I could give higher rating I sure would! Deer season 2023 started early for me this year. Copeland towed it and I had non stop communication with them the whole time my vehicle was being fixed. They took a really stressful situation and made it positive in dealing with this amazing company. Communication, work was immaculate, my vehicle is like new. Keep up the amazing work! Copeland s repaired my car s deer damage. My insurance company and parts delays caused the whole thing to take longer than it should have. The people at Copeland s made a bad situation so much better by giving me consistent updates via text messaging. When they were able to get the parts, they had my car repaired and returned to me in 2 days! Great job. Great customer service. We will continue to use them in the future.Service: Painting

I hit a deer and did some bad front end damage to my Denali. Brandon at Copeland got me squared away quick and did a great job along the way. Copeland s we re friendly and quick, and made the insurance claim literally painless for me. I got my truck back quick, and it looks better than new! I had the best experience with Copeland s. I was traveling with 5 children, 3 of them were 9 month old triplets. I hit a deer and caused significant damage and was unable to use the vehicle to get home.Copeland s towed my vehicle in a timely manner on a Sunday evening. They had the parts shipped and work done in less than a week for me to travel safely with my kids back home 12 hours away.The shop was in constant communication with me so I knew what was going on and how things were progressing.They were friendly and professional and just all around amazing to work with. Very nice and capable staff. My van looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside which didn't get any damage from the deer. They gave me a car to drive when they decided mine wasn't safe to drive (they could have made me get my own way home). I had Copeland Auto Body work on my car to fix a dent. Nearly everyone I asked told me they were a great business to have work on my car. I was thrilled that they were able to fix it without having to buy parts. You can't even tell there'd been a dent. The work done was incredible! I dropped my truck off this morning to get fender flares installed that Copelands had just painted to match my truck.They did a great job a professional finish that matches my paint on my truck perfectly and the installation was top notch job. Employees were very pleasant and professional I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a top quality finished product.

While I may appear biased because I work here, I was a customer long before an employee. I have had all my body and mechanical work done by the Copeland family for the last 10 years and have always been completely happy with the results. Now that my wife works for the company as well, it should emphasize how much I trust this family run business. You can trust them too to do what it takes to get you back on the road with a safe, quality repair.

Hit a deer and they worked with my insurance and had my car back asap! Had small part that they didn t have yet but I was able to take car come back and get the part put on. They also answered and helped with other questions I had. Great team super friendly and work don t right!

Copeland Auto Body was recommended as one if the best body shops to work on the newer Ford trucks. Getting a new estimate was quick and simple, and I was scheduled in alot quicker than I was expecting. Copeland Auto Body went above and beyond to repair my vehicle after I hit not one, but two deer within two weeks of each other - the second one disabling my vehicle within miles of their shop. At my son's recommendation, the vehicle was taken to Copeland Auto Body and I could not have been more pleased with their work, their service and their professionalism. Thank you Brandon and other staff at Copeland's.

The trim below the right front door had fallen off and I called to see if I could get the repair done Friday, March 12, 2021. It was a busy day, but they would work it in. I dropped it off in the morning and went on to Albia with my husband. I told them just to call me when it was finished. I got the call just as we were heading out of Ottumwa so the timing was perfect. We always are well satisfied with the work we have done at Copeland Auto Body.Service: Body & Trim

I took my truck in for some body damage recently and was very impressed with the quality of the work, the friendly people, the fact that they took care of the insurance side of things and literally had not a single snag in the entire process. Was in a real situation being 600 miles from home and hit a deer. Copeland went far above to get my truck going In 5 days when it was at least a 2 week repair. Best service, and quality I have seen in years.

The gentleman that I had pull me out of the ditch was very professional and did an expert job in a difficult situation. He let me know in advance of anything that might go awry and managed to pull my car out without inciting any further damage. Would definitely recommend for all towing service needs.

Great people to deal with. Out of town for work and kids car broke down needing a tow. Copeland s towing was towing my kids car back to town with in 15 mins! They was professional fair and honest something you don t see all the time anymore! Thanks

They were supposed to unlock my car through my insurance company but didn't show. My insurance company had to call them after they were already supposed to have unlocked it. They told them they weren't coming. I sat there for 3hrs before a different company finally came.
