These guys were great. Reasonably priced. Professional and treated me with a smile when I was traveling up 63 and hit a slick spot and jackknifed off the road and wound up stuck with my truck and trailer in the ditch on the side of the road. Within an hour they had me pulled out and within the next hour and a half after they pulled me out they drove 32 miles back to their tow yard and grabbed me a reasonably priced $25 used tire and drove it back out there mounted it for only 96 bucks total and the toffee was only $200 so overall I feel as good as one might be able to about such unfortunate events. Thank you to the guys at Wayne's towing.

Called them out for a fuel leak, ended up being a broken line that would need to be purchased from a dealer 45 minutes away. He insisted that he couldn't fix it on the road and it would need to be towed to their shop and fixed the following day. To me that wouldn't make sense since they still wouldn't have the part. I asked them if I got the part to them from another truck driving through the area if they would install it. I was told that they weren't truly 24 hours and they would still need to tow it. Told him nevermind and I'd find someone else. Got charged the 2 hour minimum and after hour call out fee totaling $378.78 for about 30 minutes with travel time, which would've been fine if they were willing to replace the part. Called Russ' Repair in Lime Springs, IA he came out within a timely manner and installed the part that I supplied to him in 2.5 hours and no concerns of doing it roadside. I highly recommend calling him instead- saved a tow bill and was fixed 12-20 hours before Wayne's would've fixed it. Wayne's seems to want to make the extra money with a tow bill on top of your repairs.

We had a tire repair done on our tractor at their Facility, it was a last minute call Wayne got us in right away and the price was right and it was a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable staff, with fast and friendly service! I was looking for a local place to buy my tires from, and they beat ebay's cheap prices! Will definitely be doing all my business here in the future! Grants tha man!

It was a Friday at 5:00 by the time we got ahold of Wayne's- we had already called several other places that would not help us. The gentleman that arrived not only fixed the flat, but was very kind (and he charged a very reasonable rate!!!!).
