When we were looking for a new vehicle, Vern Laures had the exact car we were looking for, but it was an hour and a half away from us. They were more than accommodating on holding the vehicle until we could get there to test drive. We loved the small town feel we got and the excellent customer service on the purchase.We most recently had an issue with our vehicle (a manufacturer error) and Tom, Dan and the Vern Laures team were exceptional in their communication, and willingness to keep things moving and getting us back on the road. Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs!

This was our second experience purchasing a suburban from Vern Laures Auto Center. Both experiences were great! Staff has always been knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to work with! The quality of their vehicles is great as well!! Would highly recommend!!

Vern Laures Auto Center went above and beyond to fix a puzzling issue with our Jeep and got us back on the road when we were in New Hampton visiting relations.We had upcoming commitments in Colorado to make and they managed to get us back on the road in a very compressed timeframe.Kudos to Carrie (service adv), Tom (service mgr) and the techs who worked overtime on the very difficult mechanical issue for us!

Due to my vehicle being under warranty, everything down to even the oil change has to be done here. Whenever it's due for one or there's something needing to be looked at they are very quick to get me in and take care of the problem right away! Staff is extremely courteous and welcoming everytime

I bought my vehicle from Vern Laures it was a positive experience! I had a problem with it shortly after purchasing they worked hard to figure out the problem and provided us a loaner vehicle to use! I get my oil changed regularly and they inspect everything and check the fluids. It s a thorough check maybe a little pricey but everyone so far has been very friendly. I m not asked if I m ready to trade my vehicle in for a newer one which makes me happy

I drive a different breed of vehicle than Vern Laures sells but I will always chose them for my vehicle maintenance because of their excellent customer service and overall good work. I had a situation with them where there was miscommunication, not my fault or theirs, but they insisted on accepting responsibility for it and refunded part of the cost of my repair bill. That s the kind of honesty and integrity that makes me a dedicated customer.

My whole experience, from buying my used car, trading my old one, and my 1st oil change and service, has been very good.Friendly service. They were pleasant and accommodating when I called to say I'd be 17 minutes late, and i was their last appointment that day. The warranty program they have on their used cars is better than any I've researched (and I RESEARCHED!).I would recommend them to even my family and friends.It's been over a year since my purchase. I continue to bring my vehicle here for it's maintenance, and i still recommend their sales and service!

Carrie Geerts is an amazing service technician. She is super knowledgeable and gets right to the point about the work that needs done and what it is going to take to fix it. The auto mechanics are very thorough and always recommend what is best to keep the vehicles running at tip top shape.

Verb Laures was nothing short of amazing. A gasket in my jeep blew and in less than two hours a mechanic was able to diagnose and fix the problem. The service was great and the willingness to help in emergent situations was unmatched.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealer! Friendly, Helpful, Honest and Competent are a few words to describe them.I was traveling from Florida to northern Minnesota when I broke down on the highway. They were the closest Ram dealer so we had our truck towed to them, knowing that we were at their mercy. I couldn t have been in better hands. Don Broer took us under his wing, Mark Schmitt is an excellent technician who handled the repair. Carie Geerts and Tom Rosonke were very helpful along with a few others I didn t get to meet. My truck was given a priority diagnoses. A part was needed from another dealer and they drove to pick it up! When they determined it couldn t be completed until the following day, they gave us a loaner vehicle and Don Broer called to get us a hotel. The engine was back together and running like new before noon. The bill was a pleasant surprise too, very reasonable. I only wish they were closer so I could take all my work to them.

Mitch was absolutely awesome to work with. Getting me all the info on a vehicle we were interested in, not only current status but the history as well. Work with us living out of town to make the process as easy as possible. Donald and Mary Jo were great when I came in to get everything finalized. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Vern Laures and I don t plan on buying from anywhere else! Highly recommend them!

Vern Laures Auto Center is the first, and almost always the only place that I go to look for cars. The sales staff makes the car buying experience fun and exciting. No pressure. No back and forth dickering over minute details. No "I'll need to check with my manager". Just straight talking, here's the options we have for you. I've bought all but one of my vehicles here and I will continue to do so.

We are now on our third vehicle purchased from Vern Laures Auto Center, and the transition has gotten easier every time. Outside of purchasing vehicles, I was personally in New Hampton about two years ago and had my vehicle act up, and Mitch got it in the shop right away and got it fixed- that situation was a real life saver. Well worth the 75 mile trip from Rochester, MN. Nice to know that true value and customer service still do exist- not just advertised like a lot of businesses. Two thumbs up all around!

Mitch,Perry and the whole crew went above and beyond when I had an untimely breakdown on a holiday weekend with my truck. They came to my house to retrieve my truck and made sure I had a loner vehicle. Mark in the shop diagnosed and fixed my truck in a very timely manner and I highly recommend their services.
