Great store, love the new location with lots of parking. Bought a chain saw, had a problem with it. Took it back and they repaired it within a few days, no charge. Great selection of boots and clothes as well as hardware, electrical, and plumbing. I've always found the employees to be very helpful. A great asset to the city of New Hampton.

The store is clean and the sales associate was very helpful. I got the item that I need. Plus they have free popcorn so.my kids love it.

Great prices, great selection. Nice and small store. So you'd think employees could know atleast where quite a few different items are. But Its just hard to find help in certain sections. It seems that store associates don't leave their designated areas even if someone needs help. Which I get. But its frustrating when you have to wait 20 minutes to get help but also get asked later in the clothing section 3 separates times by different people just kind of walking around if you need help finding anything.

Love this store, lots to offer in a smaller scale store. Quality products for farm and outdoors gear as well as clothing, housewares, toys, snacks, pretty much everything you'd expect from a typical farm and fleet store.

This store has a large selection of many things, I normally know what I'm looking for and where to look for it. If I do need help the manager Brian Kellogg is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist you. There are other staff at this location that are also very helpful.

Had my tide laundry detergent held back for me .because when they were onsale they ran out and I got rainchecks they called me when they came in and had them ready up front. Way to go workers!!!

The ABSOLUTE BEST in the Midwest! Well organized, well lit, the girls were friendly, found what I was looking for and easily, knowledgeable staff, clean parking lot and bathroom, seemed steady despite the pandemic. All in all the best hometown hardware store I've found!

Great store with huge selection. Great prices! Found a nice warm coat for less than $35 and even picked up some 556 ammo cheaper than I just bought online

We called at 8:00 am to see if they had a 20" tire to replace a blow out we had on our 35" travel trailer. They had one, and told us to come on over and they would put it on for us. It took about 30 minutes to get it done. They were very helpful, accommodating, and so easy to deal with. It was a comforting experience after the previous day's blow out.

Only local tire shop open on Saturday. Had tire issue and they refused to work on it because I did not buy the tires from them--need to make their policy clear on their website. Lost a customer of 20 years :/

Friendly staff, always willing to help customers, store is pretty well organized and kept clean. Prices are a little high but is normal for small businesses.

Went to Theisen's new location in New Hampton. Very friendly & helpful clerks/cashiers. Every aisle orderly. Great experience & am sure people in that area are happy to have it!

Jake at the auto care center was awesomeI got a flat tire on the side of the highway at Memorial Day luckily they were open they had my tire they got me in and out really quick there's no way for me to say how great am awesome they were without

Great store, with friendly service. You can find just about everything thing you need, in this locally owned, farm and fleet store! You will not be disappointed in your shopping experience here!

I'd love to give 5 stars, except the reason I went this time was for flowers/plants. If I was reviewing for ONLY flowers/plants, then Theisen's would get a 2 star rating.Their rose bushes were nearly dead - and they are knock out brand roses....very difficult to kill!Their vegetables aside from tomatoes were also nearly dead. The soil was bone dry in many plants. I would have purchased so much more had the quality and care been better. Heck, if they gave half off the Rose's I'd plant them and wait the 2 years for them to be nursed back to full health!Look elsewhere for veggies and flowers unless they have an amazing sale!

Wheelchair accessible. Large parking lot. Good variety of tools, paint, lawn & garden equipment, hunting supplies, clothing, auto center & animal foods including livestock.
