I had the pleasure of working with the team in Guttenberg IA. the members that I worked with were Scott, Michael and Grant. Each one went above expectation. To start off Scott the salesman had each vehicle that I told him I wanted to look at ready and close to the door already heated up (that was nice as it was a cold day). Scott went the extra mile by discussing the differences in the SUV's so I could make a better decision on my purchase. Then Michael worked diligently on making the numbers work for me. Then Grant finalized everything and made extra sure that I was getting everything that I wanted and offered a great warranty. All the people are friendly and willing to talk to and help out. Great group. Even before I was seriously looking and just kind of poking around with looking for vehicles Scott would e-mail me any vehicles that were in the class that I was looking at just so I would know what was out there and available.

We purchased an used travel trailer from them, just recently. Our experience was awesome! No pressure , everyone we dealt with was very professional. Highly recommend them for any purchase of RV or vechile. They take care of their customers.

From the first contact to the last handshake these guys were amazing! Grant and Rich both went out of their way to help us get the perfect vehicle we were looking for. They were generally nice people not fake. They get a 10 out of 10 for our family. We will 100% be back in the future and will be telling everyone to come to the Guttenberg location!

Rich M and Grant H helped my wife and I find the exact car we wanted and at the perfect price to fit our budget.There was no fake customer service just real people who genuinely wanted to help us and that means a lot.It wasnt even browns it was this location of people who really made this experience perfect i will be back for more business.Thank you!

Drove almost an hour one way to look at a truck they had posted on their website for over a week. When I got there they ran around looking for it for 15 minutes until someone figured out the person trading it in still had possession of the vehicle because the brand new truck they were trading for was still getting ceramic coating done. Why post it if you don't even have it yet? Maybe give them a loaner vehicle if you are trying to sell their old one. Giant waste of my time.

We rented a van from Browns for a recent trip. We had tire issues with the van but they made it right with us. The van and the pricing to rent were good. Only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because the tire issue should've been caught before we picked up. Will rent from again thank you

Overall it was a pretty good experience due to the fact that got me in when I changed the date of needing the alignment a few days earlier than we had originally talked. Called in last minute asking for an alignment due to the fact I had had work done on the truck that I did myself. The original appointment it also had tire rotation that needed to be performed due to the warranty you have on my tires through this dealership. Ask for another item to be diagnosed they said yes they could get to that. If they weren't sure I feel they should have checked and got back with me or place me on a brief hold to make sure they were right in that answer. But once again I will always go back here I generally get awesome service and I did get awesome service just a little hiccuper there that I didn't like I would have liked my rotation to have been accomplished due to the fact they are under warranty through this dealership and it was time and I had to travel 3000 miles from the dealership to the destination for my business I had to handle.

Rich Miller made the buying experience simple, pleasant & easy. We never once felt pressured. We purchased a used vehicle that will be driven in the winter months. Browns took the time to inspect the overall safety of the vehicle with a detailed report provided of all necessary parts that were replaced and brought up to operating standards prior to purchase. Clearly, they are a fabric of the community, and their generational sales has been a chronological key of their success.

Drove more than an hour, past several other dealerships, to go to Brown's. Very happy we did! Low pressure sales, friendly staff, got a good value on our trade in. Will definitely be going back!

You could not ask for nicer people to deal with. Customer service is out of this world. Anything that was not exactly right with the unit they took care of never had to ask. Had to spend the night in Guttenberg and thry even gave us a loner car to use and told us where everything was at. Cannot say enough good things about Brown's.

I purchased my hard to find Rockwood High Wall camper at Brown's RV. They went above expectations to make sure I was happy. Guttenberg, IA is not the easiest place to get to. However, Brown's made it worth the trip.

I live 4 hours from Guttenberg and have a permanent spot for my camper here. I bought 2 campers from Browns and I have had nothing but top not customer service, never pushy and extremely professional. With being so far away, all I do is make a phone call and I know and trust that whater the issue was it's fixed and taken care of. Browns has to be one of the best dealerships I have delt with.

Brown's in Guttenberg is on TOP of EVERYTHING! I purchased a used vehicle from them, and they had ALL recalls done before the sale! I was assured that they do ALL recalls before they are on the lot! Not all dealerships are so caring and on top of things! Jeff is knowledgeable about so many things! He is amazing when it comes to the new technology and even synced my phone to the car without asking me! I would have thought of this later and struggled! I even phoned later as I was not familiar with remote starts and they walked me through how to do this! These are amazing people-honest, fair, and care about their customers. I was told if I struggled with anything about the car, I could just drop by any time I was there, and they would GLADLY show me! Why buy a car anywhere else-I have never been treated so well--Thank you Jeff and thank you Browns!

We recently purchased a 2022 F-150 from Browns in Guttenberg. Jeff did a nice job explaining the features of the vehicle and honored the price agreed upon back in March when the vehicle was ordered even through there had been an increase in the window sticker price. We refused to pay the new sticker price and they honored the original which is good business. Grant found a better rate than our financial institution was offering and after consulting with our long time financial institution they lowered their rate to match allowing us to keep business with a trusted source. Very simple process and great service.

I recently purchased a used truck from Brown's. I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership, so my initial contact was through the internet. Sawyer was very helpful in answering my questions and he put me in contact with the service manager, Bruce, who graciously answered the more technical questions that I had. Upon arrival, I found my salesman Scott and the entire staff to be welcoming and attentive, but not pushy. After negotiating a very fair price for the truck, Grant's handling of the paperwork was thorough and expedient. I would recommend Brown's to anyone.

Had Josh with the mobile service for our RV electrical problem. He arrived , went to work and found the problem in a very timely manner. Would recommend Browns to anyone and would definitely use them again if the need arises for usThe staff were very friendly and helpful getting our problems resolved at a very reasonable price

Brown's is a family in there and you can tell. When they talk with other co-workers, how they do work and approach business - it's a family environment that makes you feel comfortable.There are very few that like to go buy something from a dealership (whether it be an vehicle or camper) because of the awkward sales negotiation process. I enjoy working with sales people, so my experience was nothing but 5 stars. Right out of the gate, Jeff worked with me and then accepted my final offer.Then comes the process if it's a used vehicle/camper how to get service on it. This is where Brown's shined. Rodney, Kim, Laura and Mickey all gave me advice and now that the camper is home - I am so glad that I listened. They talked with me and gave me advice as if it were their own which builds trust. Let's face it, we are all neophytes when it comes to things outside of our day jobs. What makes it great is when we can trust someone to make recommendations because we feel more at ease. There is no other place that I will go to have our camper serviced than Brown's.Overall the experience was great. My family is happy which makes me happy and it was all possible by Brown's.Chris.

I still come back to Brown s because they are so great to work with and fair on pricing. Thanks Rich for putting up with all my questions! Their service is rockstar too! I drive to this dealership from out of state; as I trust the service they perform on my vehicle. The staff is always very helpful and informative on my service needs. I also appreciate the great detailing that was done on the outside and inside at a reasonable price. Kudos to the staff!

I had a great experience purchasing my Malibu at Brown's Sales & Leasing. Working with Scott Ziegler was great. He really went above and beyond to help in my car purchase. He even went as far as to wash the car before a test drive. All five stars are well earned. Keep up the great work!
