Brown's is an authorized service center for our Forest River motor home, and we've been a customer there for eight years now. They have always been fair, competent and friendly. All members of the recreational vehicles service department deserve recognition, but our personal experience has been mostly with Laura and Josh. We have tried local dealerships in the Davenport area where we live, and it should say something that we choose instead to drive the two hours to Guttenberg for service.

I recently bought a vehicle from Browns Ford in Guttenberg. Kyle made a fast and efficienteffoet to secure the vehicle from another location. Rich in sales was very knowledgeable an a very pleasant person to work with, which is very appreciated. Grant secured me financing which was great and fairly local and efficiently provided me with all the right information. I really appreciate all the teamwork to make this a big 10 in car buying.

I ordered a new Chevrolet Traverse from Brown's through Jeff Klemp. Everything went smoothly, even though it was quite the wait, but noticed most all new car deliveries have been delayed. I think it was worth the wait. Love my new SUV!
