Great Service provided by Browns Body Shop on repairing my White Chevy Tahoe after a deer hit. They helped me with every step of the process from starting with the estimate and working with my insurance company to making sure that it was repaired properly and in a timely manner to my satisfaction along with providing a loaner car so that I had transportation during the repair process. I strongly recommend Browns Body Shop in Guttenberg.

Great people, but bad Prices. Went in for a path on my tire. Charge me 40 dollar's for it. DISCOUNT TIRES will path it for free. Others told me anywhere from 15-20 dollars. Dont waste your time here.

I had Brown's Body Shop in Guttenberg, Do my body work on my 22 Ford Explorer after a accident !!They were quick /fast and know what they are doing! Courtney and her crew took care of me like a baby and my vehicle - and gave me a good loaner car whileworking on my Explorer !!They answered all my questions to a tee !! They do excellent work I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COURTNEY AND HER CREW!!GREAT JOB TO EVERYONEI Will be back someday I'm sure lol Rod McLane Guttenberg

Oh my brakes they were a squealing!I contacted the service team and scheduled an appointment as I was so embarrassed as I was driving through the parking garage in Rochester.The summer road construction was in full force between Guttenberg and Rochester, MN so I was late for my appointment. I contacted Ron in Service who said with a calming voice - no problem, just drive safely and we will see you soon .I appreciated hearing that and understand they probably can t always accommodate moving your appointment on the same day.Once I arrived, the service team went to work and I can say I no longer have squealing brakes!I appreciated the lounge area and spoke with some of Brown s team members, new staff who are getting their feet wet there and some who have been there 30+ years!Thank you Brown s for always making sure the customer is taken care of and making a person feel like family.I will definitely be back! (Does one of those new boats or RV s have my name on it? Only time will tell!)Keep up the great work and thank you again!

NEVER EVER take your vehicle to Brown's in Guttenberg!! My vehicle has been there for over 2 wks now and its still not done! I just get the run-around and dealing with extremely rude people. Now apparently the battery is dead (brand new 2 weeks ago). The only reason it would be dead is if they left everything on!! UNBELIEVABLE !!! We have bought many vehicles from there...NEVER AGAIN!!! They just lost a ton of business!!! ZERO STAR RATING

I was absolutely very happy with the service and the helpful team that browns had the day I stopped to look at an Ford Expedition that I fell in love with, and with the amazing team that works there I was able to pull off the lot with a new car and a big smile. I will definitely be going back for my next car when I m in the market for my next car.

Great service at Brown's Sales and Leasing. I recommend working with Wes Lawson in Elkader. He did an excellent job and I will certainly buy from him again. No pressure and extremely knowledgeable.

I was super cautious about vehicle shopping, as a women I ve never had good experiences. Greg was awesome to work with and made me feel comfortable asking questions! Everyone there was very friendly! Great over all experience!

Our salesman,Ben was great at explaining every detail to us as it has been 10 years since we bought a new car and things have changed a lot in technology.Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with,we are very pleased with our new buick.
