I showed up with my 2 young boys I had a flat tire it was lunch time they did not hesitate to fix me up they let my boys play in oil dry and they just laughed! I am from about a hour away but it felt like my hometown i was so thankful for them I ordered all 4 new tires and i will go a hour out of my way for all my mechanical work! They re awesome so friendly!

They were rude and did not have the time of day to talk to us on the phone about a service call for a new tire , they were even rude to my wife and upset we could not remember what they quoted us for a price and said if I couldn't remember they would not take time out of their day to look it up as they had better things to do than come to the Fair Grounds and sell and install a new tire , I found someone else in town cheaper and much more polite and more than glad to take my money and doesn't mind dealing with a disabled person as they also thought my being disabled was a inconvenience to them ,but its ok we found someone willing to help the disabled ! Remember when you call this business, they don't have time to deal with disabled people because we waste their time ! And that is a direct quote from the owners son ! Shame on them !!!!

Amazing service! Drove 20 min to help me when I locked my keys in my car, and charged a very reasonable amount. A definite recommendation for anyone with car troubles.

I just want to share my story. My young daughter and I had just left the vet from taking our kitten for 1 st shots, etc when I was showing a low tire. It had been pouring rain early morning and turned to huge slushy snow shortly after so it was at and cold. As I attempted to remove the cap the whole stem comes out and my tire goes instantly flat. So, he I am, a young daughter, a kitten, and it's freezing. I started through the phone list of auto shops in Guthrie center and most went to voicemail. However, the one just west and another just east of Wetzel Repair were very very rude to me. The one east stating "I don't have time for you! ". I understand, it's a Saturday, the shop closes at noon, and like many you have plans. But if someone states they have a young child and are desperate...Anyway, Wetzel got message that I was stuck and showed up to see what was going on. He actually took the tire off the at Casey's, took it to the shop to put in a new stem, and brought it back and put it on. I actually needed one of those tpm sensors bbutt he started he was not going to put in a$50 part without having asked me so it was a regular one and I was really thankful for that part too.On a Saturday, cold, wet, and wel after hours by this time... Mr.. Wetzel shows up and helps out this single mom. I am forever grateful for this man's kindness and honesty and totally recommend him.OUTSTANDING!!!!

Im from out of town and had some truck issues working up here. I asked around for the best and most honest mechanic in Guthrie Center. Wetzl was recommended. They got me back on the road in no time
