I'm only writing a review about the O'Reilly's WEB PAGE. The web page is junk. I type in a make and model and it gives me the part in all models, I can't specifically look up a make and model such as a 1996 Chevy Blazer serpentine belt what comes up are serpentine belts for a Mazda or Honda etc. etc. ridiculous.

Seems to have alot of turn over. Some times the younger guys are not as motivated or knowledgeable. You must be very clear and precise as to what you need or are looking for or you can walk out with the wrong part.

Last 3 times I'll ran to Grinnell store because my local store didn't have the part on hand. I'll encounter the same store associate who Differently needs customer service classes. Just like baseball 3 strikes you out. I'm Differently contracting the manager.

Employees must not be able to read clocks.Big OPEN sign lit up.Every single light on inside.Quarter till it was actually supposed to be closed. I was gunna be in and out in just a couple minutes ... went to pull the door. And LOCKED.

O'Reilly is my go to Auto parts shop.The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable inregards to your needs .If by chance they don't have what you need in stock they'll make sure you'll get it the next day.Good service and it's guaranteed.

We broke down on a road trip before Thanksgiving, with a failed alternator. This O'Reilly had one compatible with our car in stock, and was thankfully open the evening before Thanksgiving that it happened. They also provided some tools to assist in our repair. Friendly people and great service, thank you!

The staff at this location have gone above and beyond to help us out. From plugging the code reader in, allowing us to use their tools to fix our issue, to coming out and helping when the husband got stuck on fixing it. We are an hour from home and broke down and these guys have done so much to help us get back on the road. Great customer service!

My wife and I were visiting our son at college and our car wouldn't start. We tried a new battery (we were loaned a tool) and when that didn't help we returned the battery and bought a starter. It was Saturday and raining, we asked if they knew anybody that could install it. They made a call and gave us an address and they nice man had us up and running in about an hour! We were very thankful for the service above and beyond that we received.

Brandon Smith strives to give 100% customer service and is very friendy. If he can't find the part he will try his hardest to do so WITHOUT hesitation!Brandon Ellis is a great assistant to Brandon he s always so friendly and smiling. Very well trained! Both guys seem to love their jobs and customers and are very knowledgeable!Their staff are great workers also!!

Didn't want to go to dealership and pay alot for rear passenger tail light to be changed so whent to O'Reilly's they sold it to me and replaced it at no charge.

Friendly and I never seem to run into any major problems there. They are fairly cheaper than most other part stores as well.
