Tucker in sales, Aaron in Parts, and Joe in F&I all did great. So far everything has been as promised. I ve been buying machines from various shops for decades what separates the great shops from the rest of the crowd is service after the sale. Tucker & Joe tell me that s where Hicklin shines. As of right now, I have no reason to doubt them. If I have an issue down the road, I feel confident they will step up & handle it. I will update this review and add my thoughts when that time comes there s always an issue at some point. Lastly, service did a great job with the installation of the plow, bumper, lights & fender flares. Right now I feel confident recommending Hicklin and Tucker in sales.

I can't express how excited I am that the people at Hicklin Power Sports have made my dream come true! I have been patiently waiting for this quad to come available for quite sometime now. These guys are some of the greatest guys to help you out when you need it. I can't say enough about them! If you are a new rider or experienced, this is the place for you. Chris in sales did a fantastic job getting our new Ranger ordered and to us in a timely fashion. Chris and Deegan did a super job explaining all the new features-WOW -what a machine! Joe was awesome with the paperwork and just working with overall. What a Great bunch of guys to work with. Low pressure but made sure we got everything we needed with our new machine. Would highly recommend Hicklin for any powersport needs. Thanks a million...top notch dealership and staff!!

I recently purchased a 23 Turbo R 4 I located it at a different dealer but Hicklin was able to go get it, put all the extra accessories on it that I wanted and had it ready in less than a week. Very impressive. Chris with the sales team went above and beyond to get this done. He was consistent at notifying me each step of the way of how it was going. Also like to say thank you to the parts department for getting the items ordered quickly adding to the quick turnaround and for another part they assisted with. They did not have to do this but it shows what kind of character they all have here. Without a doubt, I will definitely be doing more business with Hicklin Powersports and recommend others to give them a try. Outstanding dealership with high quality employees including the service department!!

Great experience working with Chris and then Joe. I m glad Chris took the time to explain to me the differences in options, and patiently answered my many questions. Working with a true consultant that is focused on putting me into the right machine versus trying to sell me the most expensive machine will bring me back. This experience felt very much like a high-end dealership focused on customer experience.

Tyler did a great job addressing our questions, walking us through the features of the side by side, and ensuring we knew that additional items may be needed (windshield, roof, etc.) and setting up delivery. Would recommend working with him if you stop in here.

My grandson showed me the Volcon electric vehicles online last summer. I decided to buy the Runt as a birthday surprise for him and the Grunt for myself so we could ride together. I did a dealership search and called a few of the nearest dealers. When I called Hicklin Power Sports and spoke with Chris, I knew immediately that this is who I wanted to do business with (even though they are over two hours away). First of all, he returned my call (and all subsequent calls and texts) promptly. He was friendly, informative, and not rushed to make a sale. Because of limited supply from the company, the bikes had to be ordered. Through no fault of Hicklin, there was a long delay in getting the bikes delivered. Chris, from the time the bikes were ordered until I made a pickup, kept in contact with me with follow up. He and his supervisor regularly called the company representatives to get information about the status of our bikes and were completely transparent even in expressing their own frustration with the delay. On the day of pick up, we first enjoyed exploring the store and looking at all the inventory they had. My grandson was able to get in or on everything he wanted to. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and were genuine in asking if they could help us or if we had any questions. We did not feel pressured in anyway and felt comfortable just exploring and checking everything out. When we were ready to take delivery, the bike was wheeled out into the open, and everything was showed and explained to us. The paperwork was completed before we arrived and required just a few quick signatures, taking less than three minutes to review and sign. Before we loaded the bike, we decided we wanted to test drive a side-by-side that we are interested in. Within minutes literally, we were on our way. We had not given any advance notice that we were going to test drive anything. Chris himself quickly retrieved the vehicle and added fuel , showed us what we needed to know. and off we went. We did not have to sign any papers, etc. To top it all off, they had a great area to test ride sitting in an industrial park area. We were able to drive up and down virtually no traffic streets and turn around in wide open parking lots catching some recently plowed snow. Loading the bike was a breeze. They wheeled it Into the bed of the truck carefully and helped us tie it down properly and securely. We then drove to one of the many nearby restaurants and had a great lunch with great service ( highly recommend the Chicken Coop). In short, our experience with Hicklin was not only flawless-it was truly enjoyable.

Chris and Joe at Hicklin were wonderful to work with when purchasing our side by side. Chris was knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured to purchase. Joe was great on the loan side and helped me to make informed decisions. I d absolutely recommend anyone to go to Hicklin! We love our new toy .

My first KTM purchase has been nothing but positive with Hicklin PS, LLC in Grimes. My sales person, Chris Jiles, was very easy-going and great to deal with. The entire dealership had a very laid-back and comfortable atmosphere with no stuffiness that a lot of others do have. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for your next power sport adventure!I can't forget Joe and Joe. They were both very pleasant and informative.Thank you!!!

The team at Hicklin Power Sports were great to work with in the purchase of our 2 Polaris 850 Sportsman Ultimate Trail quads!! Tyler did a great job helping us narrow down the available options that best suit our needs/use of the vehicles!! We drove over 3 hours to purchase our Rzr at Hicklin Power Sports. This was our first time purchasing from Hicklin and it definitely won t be our last. The customer service from all the employees (Parts, Finance and Sales) was exceptional. We cannot thank Adam and Joe enough for making our purchase a great, hassle-free experience. Worked with Tyler to buy a new maverick x3. Had a great experience with everyone at Hicklin Power Sports! Would definitely send friends and family to purchase from them.EDIT- I have gotten my first service and a small warranty fix done at Hicklin powersports. The more I work with this company the more impressed I become!! Any other dealership I have dealt with lately has been such a poor experience, but here I feel like an actual customer not just a quick sale. Keep up the great work Hicklin!!!!

These guys were super nice and helpful! I worked with a guy named Chris and his son. They took great care of me and explained everything in great detail about what to expect, not expect, etc from the machine I was looking at, and eventually bought. They never seemed to pressure me and they listened to my concerns and questions the whole time. I didn t even own a trailer for the side by side I bought but they were awesome and let me borrow one of their own trailers just so I could get it home. Will definitely go back for any maintenance or accessories or whatever I may need. Top notch guys! My only downside was that I felt a bit pressured to get some add ons from the finance side of things and the lady didn t really like no for an answer. But I won t knock a star for that as that s how financial people seem to always be and the rest of the crew was great!

Stopped in here today with a friend so they could get some new gloves and to look at bikes. I've finally decided I want to get my motorcycle endorsement, so I was curious to see what Hicklin had for their selection. Tyler showed us around and he was great. Let me explore the Yamaha section and answered all of my questions. Once I'm ready to buy, I'll definitely be back for a bike and all of my gear.

Brice did a great job with information and communication. And The person who went through the financing and paperwork. She did a great Job.
