Kendall Tried to rip of my friend and told my friend he needed an oil filter housing which wasn t bad to begin with. Tried to charge my friend $4,000!! Total scammers always get a 2nd opinion and avoid this place.

This was the only auto shop out of 7 in Grimes that had extra spare tires when I had an emergency. I lucked out and was able to get two new tires instead within 1 hour of showing up. They were fast and professional - highly recommend!Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Really appreciated their honesty in the brakes evaluation. My daughter brought her car into a brake shop to do an oil change and requested to have the brakes checked. They told her she needs $1,050.00 brakes replacement. Brought it to FinishLine and they honestly told me that they can't find anything wrong that needs fixing. No charge! That's how you gain customers! Thanks!

With teens at home we now have a fleet of 3 cars and have used these guys exclusively over the years. I appreciate they never try to upsell me on stuff, are honest, and always give me a fair price. It's to the point I don't even ask the cost before getting work done as I know the outcome will be fair.

KENDALL AND HIS CREW ARE THE BEST.Car won't start.. I panic ... one call and Kendall gives me a tow company to call and assures they will take a quick look at it when it comes in ..... 1 hr later ....even as busy as they always are... I pull out with a new battery . Can't say enough about his kindness !Service: Auto maintenance
