This shop was very knowledgeable, and after thoroughly looking at my truck, gave a very detailed estimate of what was going on, even walked me through it to see what needed to be repaired. Friendly service got me in quick to look at it would highly recommend. Plan on coming back to get repaired.

I have been a customer for 7+ years. Dan and the team have been extremely great over the years. They treat my vehicles (5+) like one of their own and I know when I pick it up that they are road ready. Excellent service, quality products, and at a reasonable price. These guys were amazing!!! Brought in our F350 diesel truck, for wheel bearing and hub assembly repair. Tow truck picked up our truck about 730am took it straight to them, by 530pm the SAME-DAY the truck was finished. A whole rebuild on the passenger side, front end! Blew our minds that they were able to get it done so fast. Thank you so much! You guys were fantastic!!!! Highly recommend these guys for any services that you may need done. The CPS team is amazing! I brought in a 2006 Mercedes Sprinter for a pre-purchase inspection. CPS' crew not only gave a thorough inspection, they walked me through each point, answered my questions, and took my concerns seriously.* They were courteous enough as to individually price, then total, would-be repairs. Thank goodness I went there because the repairs quoted exceeded the asking price for the van. Dodged a bullet there! THANKS GUYS!*A side note: As a female customer, I typically feel very on edge in auto shops. I am perpetually afraid that someone will make assumptions about what I know/don't know and try to take advantage of me. It's happened to me before and happened to female friends and relatives. There were no female mechanics the day I went in, but I did not feel uneasy at all given the respect and transparency of the crew. Anyway, I know this bit may not apply to everyone but wanted to include it for any other gals out there who have learned to have their guard up. I m impressed beyond belief !! I ve been taking my cars there for years and EVERY time the service has been impeccable with amazingly reasonable prices. Here s an example of their customer service :: I took my boat motor in because it wasn t running. Dan kept me up-to-date on the progress even sending me videos explaining the issues as well as a video showing me it working. A week after I picked up the motor, he called to ask how it was working and if I had any concerns. I receive this type of customer service every time I go there. Highly recommend !!

Brought my 6.7L Powerstroke In to Dan the other day due to some weird noises I heard while driving. Dan took the time to come out and examine all the steering components for me and even hopped in the truck and took a ride with me to listen for what I was hearing. I also had a pretty serious oil leak going on and Dan and his co-worker got it all diagnosed for me and worked up a quote for me super fast. He told me he would not be able to get me in this week but will be calling to schedule when I can bring the truck in. Both were extremely professional and helpful, and took time out of the work day to at least give me a better idea of what I was dealing with. I look forward to having Dan work on my truck and I am extremely happy with his professionalism. Both were very sharp and straight shooters.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great shop to work with! Our family was traveling from Iowa to Colorado and our truck broke down near his shop. Luckily, he answered his phone even though it was New Year's Day. He was quick to get me in and see if he could get me back on the road. After diagnostics and thorough inspection, we decided the truck wasn't safe to take back out on the road. I was very comfortable leaving the truck, having him fix it properly, and flying back later to pick it up. When I picked the truck up it ran great. He reduced his bill to match the quote that was given over the phone. Their staff was great and even followed up with a phone call, making sure I made it back home safely. Great family business I will be referring my friends and family in Iowa to. Thanks again CPS.

Dan and his crew at CPS have been our family's "go-to" for auto and diesel repairs for several years. His knowledge and honesty is what keeps us coming back for everything from oil changes (AMZOIL), to brake lines, and other more involved repairs. CPS is a clean shop and every employee has always been friendly and courteous each time I have been there. I had an emergency with my water pump going out and as they always have before the guys at CPS were able to get me in and get my vehicle fixed very quickly, as well as always being upfront with their quotes and estimated time of completion. By far the best shop, and the best quality work in town. I ve recommended CPS to all my friends and family and I ve had multiple people I ve sent there tell me how impressed they were with the work and the speed at which they do it.Chuck H.

Thank you to all the guys at CPS auto. They were the 3rd shop to work on my cargo van. The other 2 shops were unable to figure out was wrong with my vehicle. I took my car in and they were honest about what needed done and were quick to fix it efficiently. A week later I had a random problem from flying debris from another vehicle while driving and I called near closing and they were on it! I was able to bring it right in and they got it all taken care of! You guys are now my official mechanics and I will be referring you to anyone I can. Erik at CPS replaced the engine in our Sprinter van last year. The van runs great so that's the first big positive. Replacing the engine was a big, expensive job. While we may have questioned our decision to dump a big sum into our van, we never wavered on who should do the work. CPS is a top notch, professional shop with seriously heavy duty capabilities. Nice dudes also.

My vintage RV broke down in Des Moines. I called around and people recommended CPS. They agreed to fit me into their schedule and helped me get back on the road quickly. The service was excellent, and the mechanic went the extra mile to figure out how to diagnose and solve the problem in my older vehicle. Tom at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I hate for my car to break down, but if it had to happen, I feel fortunate that it happened here. Highly recommended.

I called with problems on a 2004 f250 6.0 diesel. It had previously been to another shop and came back even worse than before. When I talked to Dan he reassured me he could fix it. He was not lying! After 4 days we had our truck back and runs like a dream again. Not to mention it cost half of what I was figuring to spend as well! They were extremely helpful and went "above and beyond" to help me. I run "Hotshot" (Ford F-450 Dually with flatbed trailer) and was hauling a load from Iowa to Chicago. Warning lights came on and the truck became sluggish and losing fuel pressure. I called CPS and they found a way to get me in, get me fixed and get me back on the road in under 3 hours. I was able to still drop the load on schedule and the price they charged was extremely reasonable (and tbh, much less than I expected). I highly recommend them and will stop in to see them for routine maintenance next time I am traveling through the area.

I have taken my boat to CPS for service and they have always taken good care of me and gotten me in and out so that I can enjoy it. I would go to CPS before any of the marina stores around town. Our company also takes our fleet vehicles to Dan and crew and they are always very good about getting the vehicles serviced and repaired so that we can get back to our business also. I would recommend CPS automotive and marine for your vehicle repairs.

I'm moving out of state and in preparation for a long drive I wanted my oil changed and Amsoil has a great rep. My neighbor referred me here. Now, I've lived here for 15 years and have been just doing oil changes at the dealership. What a waste of my time I should have been coming here. These guys are awesome, fastest oil change I've ever had, plus it's Amsoil so it's good stuff. I wish I'd be coming here the whole time. If you're reading this wondering if you should get your car serviced here you should. Just do it.

I can't say enough great things about this business. My husband, myself and our three kids were driving back home on Jan. 1st when we broke down. We were still 700 miles from home our truck just quit. It's a diesel and it was freezin cold out. After many failed attempts Dan from CPS Auto finally answered the call. He wasn't actually open on the first but by the grace of God, he was working that day! From the simple phone conversation of giving me the number and name of a tow company that was also running he was so polite. Once we arrived he quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. Before I knew it we were back on the road again. He gave a quote and stuck to it. Before any additional work was done he fully explained everything so there were no surprises. I would recommend Cps Auto to anyone living in the area or just passing through. I would give them more stars if I could!

These folks are amazing! I've never had better care for my diesel truck than provided by CPS! Their followup and followthrough are exemplary and they were so very thorough. I would highly recommend this business... wish I could give 6 stars! Thanks Dan and Angie.

Awesome auto repair company, friendly and respectful to customer time. This is a great place to get your vehicle repair. I was there for an issue with my corrosion panel. They take care of it ASAP. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for your help!

I have used Dan's service countless times over the last 10 years for both my Searay 370 and my trucks. His shop is high integrity, fast turnaround, and his prices have yet to be beat...as I do shop around on occasion! You wont be disappointed working with CPS.
