These guys are great! Awesome communication - love that they send updates and pictures of what they're looking at as they service your vehicle and give you a comprehensive list of everything they've worked on. They're up front about what absolutely needs to be done vs. what you can maybe wait on for now, and offer multiple options to get you back on the road. Shuttle service/loaner cars available if needed! Just a super cool service team that have never let me down and continue to impress.

I dropped my credit card inside my door. I called and they were able to get me right in. I asked for an estimate as well. From dropping my card to leaving Christian Brothers was about 35 min AND they came in under their original estimate. They even offered to let me borrow their vehicle until mine was done! I will for sure be back!

From start to finish the guys at Christian Brothers Automotive in Grimes exceeded expectation. The customer service I experienced there was far superior to any other shop that I have ever been to. I even locked my keys in the truck and they were quick to help me in the cold. Their price to fix my truck was very reasonable and even have a shuttle service if you need a ride home. They have a clean brand new facility with a nice waiting room as well. Very accommodating and would 100% recommend to my friends and family. Go to Christian Brothers you will not be disappointed!

Came in for a tire repair and due to the hole being close to the side wall they tried their best to patch it. Upon completion they said it was still leaking but ever so slightly. They continued by not charging me because the job was not complete . Amazing customer service

I was having some issues with my transmission and took my vehicle into Christian Brothers in Grimes. This was my first experience with them and I can t say enough about how I was treated and the level of customer service I received. They worked with my warranty company (who was not helpful) and came to a resolution that was fair to everyone.A few days later I had a check engine light come on and they got me in and out with a simple gasket replacement.I highly recommend going to see Walker Robinette and his team. Great customer service and care

Couldn t ask for better service. These people are thoughtful, thorough, and only charge you for what s necessary. They made me feel welcome and at home. They have an excellent trolly service as well and the drivers are great people. Will go to these guys every time!

Very friendly and accommodating. Did a service check up and explained things that needed attention. Gave me prices and options. They have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up, which is great. I highly recommend them.

My first experience with CBA-Grimes will certainly not be my last. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, then bent over backwards to get me on the schedule, get my car repaired, and then back on the road! I can t speak highly enough of the staff at CBA-Grimes and their willingness to work with me. As a new customer i could not have asked for anything more from this team.

First time going to CBA & we will never go anywhere else now. Their customer service is amazing. They were so personable, gave us a ride back to our house & then picked us up!We went in just to chat with them & get a quote. They ordered the parts that evening to have in store the following day & had us in and out the next day.Can't recommend them enough!

They are so helpful. From free coffee and a shuttle to take me back home then come back to get me to pick up my car. Checked up on a recall that popped up and gave me all the information to have it fixed even though they couldn't do it there. Friendly beyond compare.

Not only do Christian Brothers provide the best vehicle service in town, but they are compassionate people. I was stuck in the snow from a blizzard snow storm in a ditch and the Owner saw me and helped me get out the ditch with his truck!! Awesome People!!! 5 star service!!

Came in for an alignment but wasn t able to. They inspected my car free of charge. Told me what needs to be done. Great customer services and communication skills from the technicians.

This place is great! They take time to fully look over and care for your vehicle and the lobby is always full of snacks and drinks.The one downside, it's pricey. Some of that depends on your car, what oil it takes, and so on but this place is a bit more expensive than some others.That said, I do tend to trust Christian Brothers more than your average Jiffy Lube. Until they make an error, I'll keep going here, even if I have to pay a little extra than average.

This is by far the cleanest auto shop I have visited. Although I did not have my car serviced there (I was not in need of service) I called them and asked if they could give my 5 year old grandson a tour as part of a all things cars and trucks birthday adventure. The guys at the shop did an amazing job! They were friendly and made my grandson feel so special. Two things were the highlight for my grandson. 1st he got to roll a tire around and 2nd he was give a used part off a car and a grease rag as a souvenir. Who would have guessed that was just what he wanted. My grandson talked all the way home about the souvenir and how it would be just what his dad wanted. My grandson was so proud to present the souvenir to his dad. He even told his dad if he didn't need it for his truck he could use it as a hammer! Thank you so much for making my grandson's birthday adventure amazing!

CBA got my car fixed and back to me sooner than their initial estimate. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating when they were working on my car. The shuttle made it so I didn t have to worry about getting back home or to work. They also helped me find the warranty on my car to cover the majority of the repair costs. This is the second time I have taken my car to CBA and both times they were great to work with. I appreciated them taking the time to explain all my options and what was wrong with my car (to someone who knows little to nothing about cars) before going ahead with the repair option I decided on. I ve never had such a detailed preliminary report on my car for each time I brought it in as well. Overall, great experience and I would be happy to work with them again if my car decides it wants to go back.

Had a flat tire that needed to be patched. Stopped here because of the good reviews. They got me back on the road quickly when I explained I had to be at work. The staff was friendly with the other customers who stopped in too.

Our car had a tire blow out in Grimes and just so happen to have happened been 2 doors down from Christian Brothers Automotive. I called them on the fly at 3 pm to see if they could repair/replace a tire and from the start of just calling on the phone, these folks had the best customer service I have ever experienced! Race was very polite and accomodating and when we took the car over to get repaired, Julien greeted us with a smile and made things work for us. Not only did they go out of the way to get a new tire, they repaired and had us out of there in less than 2 hours! The place is very clean, very accomodating with cozy chairs to sit, snacks and beverages while you wait and the most excellent customer service from everyone! Top notch!Thank you for making this stressful situation a complete pleasure. You gained a customer for life!

Excellent service was provided. Each employee I interacted with was very courteous and professional. They went the extra mile by delivering my car to my work in Perry, IA (23 mikes one way) even after they had closed so I would be able to drive home after my shift at 8pm. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Five star service for sure!Service: Oil change

As a loyal customer, I was quite dissatisfied when my son took his car in to investigate a check engine light. The next day, they called to explain the potential problem. However, they also suggested he needed four new tires, despite him having replaced them just 11 months prior. Feeling that they were attempting to exploit my son, we promptly instructed them to halt all work. Upon collecting our car, the manager offered an unconvincing explanation about a mistake in tire measurement. It was clear they were attempting to deceive a customer.

Very friendly and open about everything they do. They continue to reach out as they work on the vehicle to keep you up to date. They are clear about what is necessary now and what might become necessary later. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they are a little pricy - but you get what you pay for!

Needed tire fix Friday afternoon. Most shops laugh at you for even checking to see if they have time this close to their weekend. Christian was very welcoming, took me right in. Not the usual stinky greasy lobby, comfortable seats, these people are cool.
