Great spot. Tim and crew are very personable. Prices are reasonable. I ve had several things done on my own car and my families. They always do good work and they get it done quick. Highly recommend giving them your business for any car needs!

I had to have my brakes done and I pulled into Brakes Plus, hoping to make an appointment for the next day. However, the kind gentleman, Jason, behind the desk said they could get me in then and have it done by the time I was off work. They did a great job! Jason went above and beyond and worked with me on what I needed done now and what could wait until another time. That s unusual for most places when a female walks in by herself.Very impressed! Thanks again, Jason for all your help and knowledge!!

Tim was amazing! Great customer service very knowledgeable and polite and professional. I got oil change and more things done. Not expensive at all I highly recommend you bring your car here. I will be back here again whenever I need things done for my car

Tim the manager really knows how to treat his customers right and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of! They fixed my brakes and resolved all issues very professionally, thanks Tim! I will definitely be coming back to have all my vehicles brakes changed at Brakes Plus and will refer my family friends to come get their brakes fixed here.

This place is great to get your brakes done! Their price is affordable and great customer service! They included touching up the brake rotor on my car along with the premium brake pads at no additional cost. Competitors were going to charge me between $600-$400. They charged me $219 here. Highly recommend these guys!

I have used Brakes Plus for brake service, oil changes and most recently to get a new battery installed. They are able to get my vehicle in quickly and provide speedy services once you are at their shop. They have competitive prices and for existing customers they send out thank you's. Mine was a coupon for a free oil change!! I would recommend Brakes Plus.

Tim and the Professionals at Brakes Plus were excellent at explaining my car issues and keeping the expenses to a minimum. They did not charge for an oil change or tire rotation. Needless to say to say, I will make certain my daughter is well aware of grinding breaks.

I took my car here during the winter storm and freezing temperatures that we had. They made me feel right at home and fixed my car so quickly. Jason was so kind and made to sure try everything first to keep the price as low as he could instead of doing everything all at once. A couple weeks later, they got another car in extremely fast and fixed it even before they set the appointment time for. I cannot recommend this place enough. They truly go out of their way to make sure that you are pleased and they really talk through every option to do what is in your best interest!

Jason and Tim are amazing at problem solving!!!!!I took my car on a Monday they tried their best to figure it out to no avail totally not their fault but the fact they went above and beyond to figure out why my car is shaking is admirable in my opinion ok fast forward, took my car back to the tire shop today they could not figure it out so now back at Brakes Plus and fingers crossed Tim and Jason figure this out.

I was very happy with my experience at brakes plus. I blew a brake line on my rusty old 2005 Silverado, 80 miles from home. Tim was able to get me in right away and the mechanic did a great job getting all the new parts on my pickup. I would definitely recommend them.

How are the service really good. My brakes were a little tight but they were so honest in the front with me I appreciate that. The only bad thing is is probably a gentleman that did my brakes has no respect for driving a vehicle and cut right in front of us and ran through the light. That's a sad thing when you know that's the guy that took your car out. The only thing is it took me like 10-15 minutes to get up there I paid the bill I walked outside and my car was sitting there running. That really pissed me off Only thing would have been good out of the ordeal if my car was stolen because then it would have been their fault

Grimes tire and auto part 2. Thought I'd give the location another shot. Told me 30-40 minutes over the phone for an oil change. We leave, go run an errand, and come back 40 minutes later to see my vehicle just being pulled in. No discount for wasting my time. Might as well pick Jiffy Lube next time. If you want to stay open, should probably try to get people to return for business.

Unfortunately, I got stuck in snow with my car and my car was shaking really bad. I called Brakes Plus and they got me in the next day to check the alignment. They were so quick and even squeezed in an oil change for me! Such great service, wonderful staff, and got me back on the road in no time! Definitely a repeat customer in me!

Had an oil change done on my daughters car, guys did an awesome job, pointed out a couple issues that her car was having and they also let me go out in the shop so I could look for myself, being a former Technician, that meant a lot to me, thankyou guys!! Brakes plus in Grimes is awesome!!

My brakes were making grinding noises after recently having them replaced. They got me right in with no appointment and were able to find the issue and fix it quickly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Darren and Bill were amazing kind and respectful. Brakes Plus in Grimes will be my new place to bring my car to for repairs moving forward.

Amazing service! Stopped here today with my tire making a horrible squeal, they looked at it immediately and were so nice the whole time. Found the rock that was causing the noise and I was able to make my 2 hr car trip with a quiet ride!

Called in for an alignment. Within 10 min my car was fit in and worked on. Highly recommended!! Also staff is the best. Jason helped so much in breaking every detail down.

I set up an appointment to have an alignment done on my vehicle.I was told that they couldn t do my rear end alignment, because I have aftermarket struts (coilovers) but they could do the front.Before starting the work I had told them that my steering wheel wasn t straight and my vehicle pulls to the right (he put it in the notes).After all was said and done, I paid for the full alignment ($89) even though they could only do the front wheels. The steering wheel still isn t straight and it does still pull to the right. They were pretty friendly, but I don t think I will ever be going back.

Tim was very knowledgeable about struts I needed for my car, told me if I got a price quote cheaper elsewhere, they would beat it! I ve been here 3 times now, and trust the mechanics at Brakes Plus with all my service needs!
