Always great friendly customer service! The repair work is excellent! They go out of their way to get you back on the road. Small town shop with big city service! I recently needed service on my work truck. It was one of those odd problems that arise from time to time. It required 2 separate visits by tow truck. They worked with me to get back on the road. Definitely top notch service!

My wife, 9-month old daughter, hunting dog and I were traveling across the state of Iowa when a tank of bad diesel fuel hit us and clogged our fuel filter on the highway, putting the truck into limp-home mode. We babied the truck to Napa auto parts to buy a replacement filter, and I intended to replace the filter on the side of the road, but it was -12*F out and I'd have to leave the engine off for too long to keep the family still in the cab at those temps, so I asked around for suggestions on where to find a mechanic. The guys at Napa referred me to "Brandon" which I later found out was Sickles Trucking and Repair. If you find yourself in the same predicament, Brandon's wife is the main office admin and she answers the phone, so be kind! :-)What a wonderful family-owned business. I got to meet 3 generations of family/owners during my stay at Sickles Trucking. Not only did they offer me a space in their warm garage to do the filter change myself, they provided all the tools we lacked, and helped me drain as much of our 34gal of fuel as possible so I could fill up with fresh "clean" fuel. We had a fuel filter that was really difficult to get off, and their mechanic offered his lunch break time to assist us. We couldn't have been more grateful.After a couple of hours of the truck being in their warm shop, we concluded the repair and the truck was running again. Sickles Trucking helped us so much that I offered to let them just charge me for normal labor to replace a fuel filter, but they declined, and said to leave a good review instead, so here I am! We did end up sneaking/forcing some cash to the mechanic who helped us on his lunch break, but I still feel like I owe this company more. They helped us turn an impossible job in below-zero temps into a success.Thank you all again.

Friendly staff but I took my car there to diagnose and fix an issue and after 2 days they called and asked me to come get my car because they couldn't find the problem. Probably a decent shop for VERY simple repairs but wouldn't go back for unknown vehicle issues. Only plus is they didn't charge full price for looking at the car for 2 days. I can fix my own cars I'm just a busy guy and was trying to support local business.

My Dad recommended Sickles to me a couple years ago. I have family that lives in area and I bring my vehicles here for service and repair! I live two hours away. They are awesome and care about their customers. Very friendly and know what they are doing. They go above and beyond to help customers! I am so glad that my Dad recommended them. I will never go anywhere else if I can avoid it. They are very honest and down to earth. I know I already said friendly but I want to emphasize it! Great family and group of people! Best place I have been for mechanic's work. I enjoy going to see them and don't wince at the cost of repairs or service! Reasonable prices and great service! Kay was very knowledgeable about tire options for my car, ordered what I asked for, and tires were installed within 1 1/2 business days. Appreciated it so much as I had put getting new tires on the back burner, almost to the point they were completely bald. Thanks.Service: TiresService: Tires

A+ Service! I m from out of town and had a very low steer tire on my semi and they came over to where I was and filled my tire so I could drive to their shop without damaging my tire/rim. Then fixed my leak very fast for a VERY reasonable rate.As a truck driver, I m used to being taken advantage of when I break down on the road and far from home. Not the case today!Excellent service/speed/prices!

My wife and I were traveling to Greenfield from St. Louis to attend a hog show at the county fair grounds. About halfway we heard the grinding noise from the front right wheel of my pickup. We spent the night in Fenton, Missouri and limped into Greenfield on a Friday morning. I had looked up options in Greenfield on the internet and decided to try Sickles. There were two people in the office when I arrived, a lady which I assume was the owner and another gentleman. I shared with them my situation and she said they could get it in to look at it. The gentleman said it sounded like a wheel bearing, which was what I had thought. I asked them how far to the fairgrounds.....they both quickly agreed that they would give us a ride. They took us out to the fair grounds and then called about 2 hours later to let us know it was done. They also asked what time should they be there to pick us up. They came and picked up around mid-day and the repair was complete. They also made a recommendation to replace the other bearing, but they could only get the one.Their professionalism and compassion help make our weekend a good one that could have been not so good. Great crew of people, from the office to the garage, they've always been helpful and honest. Walked me through what's wrong and fixed it all in a timely manner. Can't say enough great things about sickles!

Worst service I have ever revived. Mechanics were great. Lady at the desk was so rude. I question the bill and told her I would pay it and not be returning. Her response was to throw my keys at me and said she didn't want my money. This is what happens when you over charge.
