Bill and Ben at Cycle Tech are as good as they come,I try to buy from family owned businesses and I can't recommend a business more than theirs.I bought an as is KTM several months ago as is,and we had a slight "hiccup" with the bike and Bill went out of his way to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to resolve the problem with both sincerity and honestly which you won't see in any "Big Name" dealerships step up like he did.Low and Behold I bought another bike from them within weeks.I can't recommend a business more and they definitely have a customer for life.This all being said their venue is 2 1/2 hours away and I will gladly make the trek for many years to come.

Cycle Tech is one of the few small buisness that sell motorsports that still fully understand the makes and models they sell. Talk to Bill or Ben they will take good care of you

Ben and Bill are great to work with. You drive out into some cornfields down a dusty gravel road and get to their shop. They carry the best from Beta and sherco as well as small bikes for the little ones and kick bikes for the toddlers. They also have a selection of slightly used powersports from side by sides to 4wheelers to adventure bikes. Well stocked on parts and fluids. Stop here and get old fashioned service. My truck broke down in the parking lot and thought I was going to have to call a mechanic. Ben came out and helped solve the problem. I threw some cardboard down in the mud and he got under my truck with and impact and put the steering linkage back together and I was down the road in a half hour. You just don't find people like this anymore. Thank you Ben. Real life superhero. I look forward to coming back again and trying your test track.

By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have now bought 2 bikes from Ben/Bill and likely will be buying more over the years. They know their products well and offer awesome customer support. A true family owned business that offers high quality products and service is a rare thing in todays world, I'm glad to have such a great dealer nearby.

Great guy great place and great people all around my buying experience was great.. bought a used drz400s from them he gave me a free shirt and koozy and gave me a great deal on a helmet..you can order tires,parts etc through him and he will ship them to your house for 5 bucks on under..I've called and asked him several questions about bike I bought from him and he's always glad to hear from me and always is happy to answer any questions I have big or small..they aren't pushy like alot of other places they introduce themselves as you walk in let you know they'll be glad to answer any questions you have and let you look at what you want etc without any jive talk etc.. will hopefully buy my next bike from them
