They always seem to have what I need, it's just not always out on the floor. Such as rolls of paint paper! If not they can have it in a day or 2.

Everyone is eager to assist you in finding the perfect solution to your needs. The sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable. She had the turn signal light bulbs and power steering fluid back up to the counter waiting for me to finish perusing through the aisles. She was able to answer my questions regarding the HID headlights. I left there with my parts and some useful information.

Way more helpful than most part places the only time that I've had bad experience is when a women didn't help switch batteries. But it was snowing and I understood. That day was a disaster.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I am delighted that you still offer discounts to veterans. Too many businesses don't show gratitude to the so many that feel like their country is forgetting them. Without them freedom is up for grabs.

The manager and staff are very helpful. Their business practices encourage return customers. We count on them for many of our vehicle supplies. If they don't have merchandise, it can be ordered and received quickly.

Amanda mixes our paint for us. She always does a great job and has what we need ready for us when we get there. The entire staff at this store is knowledgeable and helpful.

The men and woman that work here are always helpful and polite. They all have experience with cars and trucks, and that helps them to be very knowledgeable for the customer. If they don't know the answer, they're sure to know someone who does.

Also new to the game with Auto Parts O'Reilly's is basically the same as Advance Auto Parts these two stores are a little bit higher up in grade as far as AutoZone they can get you after market prices for European vehicles and a little bit more as I said then AutoZone

With the right type of business account you can get parts delivered right to you when you need them if they have it on hand that is and if they deliver the right part the first time then it's always a good deal

I went in there to have my check engine light checked, the assistant manager told me she couldn t leave the store unattended and it would be a bit. There was seriously 4 employees (5 including her) standing there behind the counter, not waiting on anyone. I felt it was rude

was just at oreillys to get thermastat they had but not enough money ,so went home to get money and went back and they said they dont have it now! didnt even apolagize! or sorry for the inconvienence
