I was so very happy with the service. They were very polite and explained everything to me and provided photos so I could see what they were talking about. They also took me to the garage and physically showed me issues that needed immediate attention. I feel so much better about letting my daughter drive this vehicle knowing the repairs have been made.

Five stars for being very kind people. But their price was over double what I ended up finding the parts for at eTrailer. I wish he could have just told me the truth over the phone instead of making me drive over there for a $700 plus tax quote for brakes for my trailer. I'm sure they do great though, and reading reviews it seems like they stand behind the work they do!

A great job was done on installing my new muffler and related tailpipes....the resulting sound is just what I wanted. BTW, I would strongly suggest that you do not let Clark totally retire. :-)

We were assisted very well! Went in for a tire change and was notified that our entire frame was rusted through, putting our lives and the lives of others in danger this is the first shop that informed us about our car issue and it had been worked on in 4 other locations. We are now looking for a different vehicle and thank griffin for keeping us safe and actually telling us about a problem. I put my son in that car and just bought it last January and didnt know the daily danger i was putting him in. I am forever thankful for Griffen and they will always have my business!

I had a wonderful experience at Griffin Muffler and Brake LLC. They are extremely professional, let me know what my financial responsibility would be prior to scheduling (no surprises at check out), and got me into the shop and my van s exhaust fixed the same week! I highly recommend them. Bonus: their facility is modern, clean and they are up to date technology wise where they have a professional website, accept electronic payments, and are comfortable with texting for communicating and reminder/status updates.

The experience was unfortunate. The price at Griffin was 50% higher than at Roberts tire in Bloomington. Also Griffin needed to keep my car overnight when Roberts fixed it in 45 minutes. Worst of all, the technician at Griffin failed to screw down the valve core and I had to air up my brand new tire four times over the Christmas holiday. I called to ask them to make it right and they said they would wave to charge me. Walmart fixed it for free. Really hope Griffin can turn things around.

I have always appreciated the work that Clark and the team does for me. I have received great service every time I have trusted them with one of my vehicles. I love the work the exhaust work they have done on both of my Tundras. They both have sounded amazing and the look of their work matched! My only fear is that, as Clark warned me, "it might not be the best for your fuel economy"... I just want to get into the throttle a little at every take off!!! These guys are awesome. This is my new go-to shop.Also, if you own/drive a diesel VW, ask for Leighton. This guy knows Euro diesels inside and out. No one else in town I d trust more with my TDI.

I had trouble finding a reliable and affordable exhaust repair shop that could fit me in before my trip next week. They squeezed me in, in between other appointments and took a fraction of the time and charged a fraction of the cost of other places I had called. Very friendly and professional, will use them again. They kept me well informed each step of the way. Can't say enough great things about them.Brought another vehicle to Griffin auto, and once again, I am very satisfied, the owners and the staff are awesome. Honest, and do quality work, great folks. They keep you informed ever step of the way, and pricing is up front before they start any work. Will bring my vehicle to them. They are and will be my only mechanics.

Had my dual exhaust installed, found out my catalytic converters was out. Had made a quick appointment on the spot and they had about my whole exhaust changed and fixed in less then 2 days. Amazing customer service and treatment. A great business I will take all of my vehicles there for exhaust now on! Great to work with and relative and affordable prices. Can t beat it

Griffins has done a variety of repairs/maintenance on our vehicles over the past few years and everytime I couldn't appreciate them more for taking good care of our cars. They are professional and kind in explaining issues if you have questions. Everything is done in a timely manner and their overall courtesy check they do each time puts your mind at ease so that you don't have to worry. Exhaust was hung very well and, to my surprise, was coated. So, no worries about about the welds rusting. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Living in a small town that takes cash payments and hand writes receipts in the majority of businesses here... this little auto shop surprised me. They were very thorough. They took photos of every inch of the car, even showing photos as they measured all fluids, ran tests, etc. and they had everything documented online immediately me to review. They were very communicative during the process, even sending text reminders. In addition to being timely and reasonably priced, they had excellent customer service. I will be returning for all future vehicle needs!

I have never heard of a mechanic doing this, but they first assisted me by picking up my vehicle while I was at work! Then, instead of going in to replace costly parts on the issue, they did further research in finding there was only a minor part necessary. Their proactive measures saved me hundreds of dollars! They communicated with me throughout the day and when they were finished; they delivered my vehicle back to me at my job without additional fees!!!They were knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for my continued loyalty. Their service is by far one of the best experiences I ve had from a place of business. Thank you Griffin s!!
