Called for a tow truck and told it be a two hour wait so I went home and waited because I was told they would call when they where close to where my car was I got the call he was there so I said I was heading that way soon as I got there he left it took me 2 mins to get there I called him again and he came back but kept shaking his head giving us dirty looks he then procided to scrape the whole front end of my car on the ground he didn't even hook the car on the right way it was swaying back and forth the whole time then when he took it off he let the whole front end face plant into the ground so my bumper and under it is all ruined we have everything in video to do not recommend!!! He also put my car facing the wrong way on the street even when I told him which way to put it!!

Worst service I ve had .call there to find out where my tow guy is after Triple A contacted them 2 hours before they were suppose to get my car tells me they just got the call five minutes ago. I try to find out what s going on and ask questions he hangs up on me. What a joke!
