Within the past 10 years, I've hit two deer. Each time I've taken my vehicle to this shop for repairs, and each time I received five star service. Even though there were setbacks waiting on parts that were out of their control. I would definitely recommend Abra Auto body in Fort Madison Iowa. Thanks guys for getting me back in my vehicle as soon as you could.

Took one week to repair the damage on my car. Fastest I've seen. After they did the repairs, they washed it. Did not expect that.

It took forever to get an estimate - weeks. And they gave my name and number to a local car dealership, so the dealership called me and tried to sell me a car. I never consented to give out my phone number.

Due to supply chain issues the repairs took longer than usual but that is not their fault. When I got my car back, it was flawlessly repaired and looked great. I could not tell it been repaired at all. I couldn t recommend them more. Excellent work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I took my vehicle there after hitting a deer they worked great with the insurance company to get the details worked out. Despite being short staffed at the time, they worked diligently to get it done and the final product looked great. We told them not to put a new muffler on that Rustyhad fixed it. Rusty told them 3 different times. Theywanted to do so they could charge extra for it. Theydid it anyway and charged him the extra. We calledour insurance agent and told her about the situation.She said that shouldn't have happened! They all heardit in the office then when Rusty came in they said welldid you get that in writing, Rusty said no, but you werehere when I told the main guy. Excellent customer service from Judy at the front desk. Did have to take it back due to minor things not being fixed initially that became aware of shortly after taking back. Got me right back in and into a loaner car while they addressed the additional problems. Just leaves me slightly concerned of what might come to light on down the road when it will be a struggle to link it back to the accident they provided repairs for.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery

The receptionist was slightly short with me but she really wanted me to get the quickest and most convenient care and that's what matters to me. I didn't do business but it is really nice to see businesses not out for their bottom line and for the best care for potential clients

These guys were awesome they ordered the part I needed I took it to them they installed it fortunately for me it was just a tail light that didn't involve anybody work I was in and out of there in 10 minutes great job you guys and thank you again I didn't have to explain anything to anybody LOL
