I use Walmart for a lot of my shopping and they are great with customer service. All prices everywhere are up way too high but I believe they are the best here. Plus I don't know anyone else that sells a gallon of milk for less than $3 like the store in Fort Dodge Iowa.

Carts help to sell items. None on south end. Advised an employee and was not her problem. Supposed to be people greeters problem. Tried to let customer service know, but employee lady looked me in the eyes as I was approaching and locked herself in office while other employee helped line of people. Great customer service Walmart. Thanks guys! Also, paid more than advertised price. Thanks again! Way to help the customer out! Shows your appreciation!

Fairly clean and organized walmart. Saw plenty of associates who seemed to have tasks they were working on. They often have someone at the entry/exits checking for receipts. I very much dislike this as it feels accusatory, but it DOES seem like they are in a high theft location. Overall well run store.

By far the worst walmart location I have ever been too. Staff is rude. The amenities they have (key cutter/ eWaste disposal/etc) never work and they have so little stock it's embarrassing. My honest and true opinion is it isn't even worth the effort to come here to STEAL let alone buy anything.

Customer service is rare and nothing but self checkout Asking for the receipt coming out when you go through a regular checkout aisle is ridiculous They like to stand around on their phones more than doing their jobs it used to be a weekly stop but now it is become monthly.

I just want to give a shout out to Sara. (Hope that's how you spell it). Personally I would give her 5+ stars. She's very personable, cares about people, takes time to help in any way that she can, mannered, funny and has great insight! This place is better with her in it!

Worst customer service ever. Asked for help in men's department. Someone did come but instead of helping said I would have to look myself. I found what I needed but dropped one and couldn't get another one. (I have a broken wrist so couldn't grab the item.) I won't be back to FD Wal-Mart.

Website doesn't match the storeHours are different even when you call. Money center does not cash personal check over 200.00 which website says $1000 and up with additional charges. Store is a mess. Staff does not great you. I have to use a cane so I use the electric cart when there and the greeter came and grabbed me when going out by the shoulder and said I can't take it out of the store to my car.

"BEWARE*. CASH ONLY ....Have had my banking information stolen 4 times using my card at the checkout. Not sure why this Walmart is so sketchy but I only use cash for all purchases. I go elsewhere if I need to make a big purchase.

Overall not a terrible place. Be careful with the rotisserie chickens. We bought one and when we got home we wanted to eat it and it was raw in the middle.

If I could choose ZERO STARS I WOULD!Online pickup took over 20 minutes even though the staff spoke to my husband before they went back inside. This was at approx 10pm...no other customers were there. My husband called me saying that nobody was coming and that he was feeling ill. I called the number to speak to online orders staff, there was no answer and the call was redirected to the help desk...tried to explain what was happening but she interrupted me! THEN when I was still trying to explain she hung up on me!!! We will never shop at Walmart again!!!

Have been in a lot of Walmart stores and this one was weird from start to finish!! The employees walked around like zombies who stared awkwardly at everyone yet offered to help no one. Was not greeted upon entering or leaving although there were a couple employees at the entrance/exit area. We did self check out and the store employee policed us like we were common criminals. The other patrons in the store were odd too. There was people screaming loudly at the self checkouts when we walked in and they were causing quite a stir about something. There were many bare shelves which made finding common items hard. Perhaps the most disturbing detail of our shopping experience was what appeared to be a crime scene on one of the shelves down one of the aisles?? Look at the picture and see for yourself is pretty much all I can say about that one.

Didn't have things I needed .. waiting too long in checout line don't do self check out no help transferring groceries from motorized scooter to grocery kart to go outside

9:00 pm, absolutely NO cashiers. The self checkout lanes were clear out to the aisle. I asked customer service where all the cashiers were they said they went home and aren't scheduled at this time of night. They're open until 11pm. Heard several other customers ask for cashiers, one worker said they're always hiring. For what job, cashiers that aren't scheduled after 9pm? I left my cart after waiting for a self checkout lane to open for 15 minutes. Not cool Walmart, not cool.

Really disappointed in the customer service at this store. On 1/29 we placed an online order for pickup. Husband showed up at pick time, checked into the app and waited. About 20 minutes later he noticed multiple people receiving their orders that had arrived well after he did so he flagged down an employee and asked about his order. They offered no explanation other than they didn't know what happened but someone else checked in under his name ... Which I find hard to believe. The offered a refund or he could wait while they re-shop the order. He chose a refund. As of today... 7 days later we still had not received a refund. I had to call corporate and rehash the whole situation all over again with since their system showed that we picked up the order. No apology, no ownership, no care given.

Little food on shelves. Everything is over priced. People there act like they could be anywhere else other than at work. Nobody wants to talk to anyone today. Nobody wanted to help me

The home delivery service definitely needs lots of work. The drivers are always very good but there have been several mistakes and delivery times are missed or delayed. Today a liquor bottle was delivered with the security cap still attached and when I called the store service for help they told me if I brought it to the store they would remove it or I can try to break it off myself. I said but I paid for delivery including a tip. Fortunately I found a magnet strong enough to get it off but that's not the point. The person on the phone told me there's nothing they could do and I said yes there is you could send someone out here and remove the cap and they said we can't do that. Yes they could. They just didn't want to make it right. That's not fair.

Self checkouts are not good for those that are tall with 2 carts of stuff. the employees stand around watching you and there are cameras on the self checkouts. stuff is still so expensive I want my employee discount for doing their job. I asked for a checkout person but was denied. instead 4 employees stand around and do nothing but stare at me. No wonder why I don't shop here much anymore..

I've never really been a fan of Walmart. This one is always overly busy and the management is rude and in caring. I only gave it to stars because of the variety of choices they offer in products otherwise it's a one.
