They took care of me and the mechanic Matt B. was very professional. They even told me I'd save money next time if I told them the oil and filters I'd like instead of pre buying them at the store. He replaced the air filter on my vehicle as well. Was hoping for the k&n lifetime filter to get that extra body of HP although sadly they did not have the part number in stock. Would recommend.

Don't waste your time or money. Spend a little more on a local shop with people who actually care about their work and your well-being.

They got my car right in and kept me updated by text about the status of the oil change. They had it done in about a half hour.

Slowest service ever. Even considering them to be short-handed doesn't excuse the wait we experienced tonight. The lack of communication about the wait time at any point during the 3 hrs we sat in the waiting room would have been nice or like when we called ahead to make sure we could get in. Those "Walmart certified tire technicians" need some incentive to perform their routine task of basic tire changes at a more acceptable pace.

Poor service, very rude lady behind desk. I knew there would be a wait. no problem right? wrong. 12:08 was timestamp in. 4:45 timestamp out. did not get car until 5:30 Why? because the rude lady did not notify me when it was done. I saw my keys on the counter. gave her my paper, and she rang it up and never said a word. did not apologize. there was no charge due to road hazard warranty that I never wanted in the first place when I had tires put on in June. But, 1 tire they said it was the bead that was broke, I am pretty sure they did not even take it off, they overfilled it with air,4 days later it is flat. the other tire which really was the most important one, had cord showing. I was not aware of that, it was on the inside. The reciept(paper) they give, said CUSTOMER DECLINED REPLACEMENT. When I went back in to ask why I was not told, they did not know why. I would have put on a new tire had I known. I was talking to another clerk, and the rude lady said " well they cant do it now we are not taking anymore tires and I am going home". so I drove home and the next morning the tire was flat. 2 weeks later, cant drive the car, cant get back to get new tire on and still have a flat on the one with the "bead issue".I do not live in town so that makes it a little harder to get there. I am only going back there because I have to.

Waited 3 hours before they pulled my car in for 2 new tires. It was the only location open on a Sunday but definitely not worth the wait. Also there is no seating due to COVID. When I came to see if my car had been started the first time there were 3 other individuals waiting and no attendant. The employees are in the shop just standing around talking to eachother. Worst experience ever.

Got a full synthetic oil change here last week. Service was good. They offered to install my new windshield wiper for me. They also let me check out my groceries at the auto service center which was convenient. They topped off my fluids, too. I was pleased.

One star is too much, I wish there was a 0 star option. Never have had good luck here but it is the only place open with my work hours, but today was the worst. I called at 6:15 and the man that answered said they take tires until 7 (they close at 8 so it was understandable). I said okay and by the time I was going to ask if they had the tire I needed in stock, he hung up. So I went up there anyway and got there at 6:45. Finally talked to somebody behind the counter at 6:55 and he said they weren't doing tires anymore. I was not very happy to say the least...

Couldnt even get in. Called 10 times and the phone just rang. Sat there letting it ring thinking someone would get tired of hearing it ring and answer, but nope! Finally someone answer, I was trying to get tires ordered and even if Walmart online (and Walmart in Carroll) has the tires I wanted they would not order them for me! They suggested more expensive tires that I did not want. When I called to make an appointment to get the tires on the lady was rude to me and told me it s first come first serve and they are open until 8. Went in the next day at 6 and they told me they would not have time and they were too busy as it was. Went to get them on the next day and they aren t doing tires and even even had the tire line roped off. Done trying! I ll pay more for service and to a local company. What a joke!

Employees don't know how to do their job. Have to get our tires redone somewhere else. Waited 3 hours to get 2 tires balanced and put on. People were leaving before us that came after us. 2 out of the 3 guys there were barely working while the other was struggling. NEVER getting tires put on from there again.

Found a screw in my tire around 630 hours said open til 7 so I called they were closed already. So I bought a plug kit and fixed it myself. It's the 2nd time I've called during business hours and they had closed early.

Waited 3 hours for and oil change and tire rotation. They stated they could have finished earlier but couldn't find the wheel lock. And instead of pageing or calling me to ask where it was, they just left my car sitting and did nothing with it until I went up and asked what was taking so long.

too bad we cant rate half a star, had tires repaired here on a handfull of occasions. The wheel weights dont stay on so I end up not being able to drive over 40 without the car shaking uncontrollably. I thought it was just a fluke like maybe my girl scraped a curb or something but its happened 3 times now. Oil changes take forever no matter how busy they are. Last time my girl was in there for an oil change they called her shortly after she left saying "we've got you on camera stealing someones keys." The whole thing was just absurd. I'm guessing the fat blonde lady that called us found them in her pocket because we haven't heard back from them. Does walmart drug test their employees? I'm getting the impression that the business model isn't about doing quality work, its about keeping people at walmart as long as possible. Do yourself a favor and pay a dollar more for quality work somewhere else

1.The web site won't let me buy tires....Always acting up .2.. The in store help can't access it either .3,Walmart keeps firing all the good help .4. It takes 2 hours to get a oil change .( With no line)

Customer service is abysmal. Manager of auto center is very rude, they act like they are mad you are brining them work. Have waited 5 hours for a tire repair. This is the worst place ever, go somewhere else if you can! Too bad weekends are impossible for finding another place.

We are from out of town and needed our tire fixed. Rude woman in the auto center said it will be at a minimum of 4 hours. She didn t give us any options or ask us if we wanted to be put on a list. Very rude.

SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO THE WALMART REVIEWS WORST SERVICE EVER TOOK 3 HOURS TO PUT ON 4 TIRES. EMPLOYEES KNEW NOTHING ABOUT CARS AND KEPT STALLING UNTIL IT WAS DONE. GOOD DEALS ON TIRES AND OIL BUT WOULD HAVE RATHER SPENT MORE MONEY FOR BETTER SERVICE U GET WHAT U PAY FOR..

Checked the air in my tires for free. When it's so cold out the gas station air pumps don't work.

Horrible customer service and commu ication from employees. Not even an apology for making me wait 3 hours for oil change and when i inquired aas told would be longer due to appointments.Price maybe worth it but customer service ruined it and will not return there.

Got there 30 min before closing all I needed was a tire swaped not even on the truckwouldn't do it cause only one person working in the shop and have to have two people to work a tire machine that is a one man machine

Tried to go here just wanted someone else to do it for me now im stuck finding and fixing my own tire. Couldnt find the nail yea okay just lazy thank guys never again

One time I took my truck there for an oil change and they ended up not being able to do it but didnt even call me they just parked my truck in the parking lot and I got sick of waiting hours later so I went back and everyone was gone from the auto center

Rediculous waiting 2 hrs after having the first appointment of the day for 2 tires at 9am took and hr for them to bring my truck in after asking why my truck wasn t pulled in yet their excuse was they brought the wrong vehicle In I am still waiting it s 11 am and my vehicle has no tires on it

Slowest service ever. Waiting for a oil change for over an hour now. Haven't even pulled my vehicle in and there's nothing in the bays. Guess I'll take it somewhere else next time. Shouldn't even give them a 1 star

I waited in my car for 15 minutes to get my oil changed. Several of the employees saw me sitting in my car. Not 1 of them came to my car to ask what they could help me with or even acknowledge me, even though they all saw me. Very disappointed...
