Had some truck work done here a few weeks back and had a great experience. Best customer service I have ever received. I mean these nice people go way above and beyond for their customers. Once you use them, you will be a customer for life. Thanks again Trivista and all your wonderful employees, especially the ladies in the front office. Thank you for caring about your customers as you do. Means alot

Well..I broke down...lol..but not there fault..all around very nice people, very accommodating,felt like the small town people I went to school with and they had no idea who I was.i was treated respectfully from everyone. My mechanic was awesome (unfortunately I don't remember his name) never stopped trying to get me going, answered all my questions and was equally frustrated when he was problem solving and no getting anywhere..they all went out of there way to get me rolling (and keep me rolling).thank you guys for all your help and support..

My husband and I drove 10 hours to Iowa to pick up a new grain trailer from Jet Co. We backed up and hooked onto the trailer... no lights. We were sure it was the trailer, because the truck worked fine when we left home. Jet Co checked the trailer out and said it was the truck and sent us to a repair shop a block and a half away. It seemed like it was a huge inconvenience for us to be there. They sent a guy out and checked the truck out, said it was the trailer and sent us back to Jet Co. We decided to look for an International dealer and found O Halloran International in Fort Dodge. Walked in as complete strangers and explained our issues. and was met by Nicole, an incredibly friendly lady. Two minutes later, they rolled the door up, my husband drives the truck and trailer in, and two extremely friendly technicians went to work on the truck. In five minutes they had repaired a broken ground wire underneath the cab and told us we didn t owe any money and sent us on our way. So thankful to find such kind and professional people that far from home.

Don't let them pay your tow bill which they'll offer to do for you. They say they will just add it to your shop bill. They don't tell you they add $94.00 dollars onto the tow bill for that service. They also told me that I would get billed for the hours the mechanic put in not the book hours when I was given my quote. I will never bye anything from an O'Halloran shop again!

Too expensive. Parts prices are way expensive than other dealers. Won't recommend to anyone to bring their shop.
