Kaylen is amazing so good at her job my husband and I have 4 vehicles we bring through she ALWAYS has a smile. Even with a tooth ache she still smiled an give awesome service

Best place to go when your lonely and have Alot on your mind. Life is hard but when you Go to Tidal Wave, All of Your Stress & Loneliness goes away after the friendly customer service and Beautiful women and after Falling in love with your truck all over again.

Tony and Kaylen are always friendly and helpful. They also do a wonderful job prewashing my car. I live on gravel, so it isn't easy. Five stars easy!!!

Kaylen & Cristin both greeted me upon driving up. They did a nice job explaining the different opportunities for car detailing. I chose the works at $49 a month which was the value to me. You vacuum your own vehicle, but the vacuum suction is excellent and both Kaylen & Cristin where there to help explaining that there are moist towels to aid on the interior self cleaning and where to take your floor mats to be washed by staff.

The staff at both the Fort Dodge and the Clive, Iowa location are AWESOME!!! They are always so happy, do a great job!!! Especially, Kaylen and Kristen!!! ;)

This car wash is what it is because of the staff. I come through pretty much daily and know I'm in good hands, especially when Tony is working. Tony always has an awesome attitude and makes your day just as awesome!

Tidal wave is an awesome car wash. All the people there are always professional and courteous. One employee,Adam, is always helpful in a good mood and alwaysmakes sure the precast is done correctly. I would recommend this place to everyone even a little pricey but well worth it.

Adam and the crew are just the best!! They take the time to pre-scrub any debris off my Jeep before ever even entering the actual wash. I get compliments on my truck all the time and am thankful to you all helping me keep that showroom shine. They have a wheel scrubber in the wash that keeps your wheels sparkly for dayyyyys!! Loved the wash here!! I took my truck through to get cleaned and it definitely needed it! It came out looking brand new! Tony was amazing help he gave clear and helpful directions on what to do throughout the process and also came to check to see if I was happy with the wash. I had brought my own towels and he let me know that there was damp one where to put them when done and let me know there was also window cleaner!! Tony is very helpful. Always checks to make sure I'm happy with my experience and let's me know about the towels and window cleaner!! Tony always does an amazing job getting the bug etc off the front of my tuck and always gets the whole truck!! Cristin is outstanding!Quick as a bunny.Not only scrubbed my bugs off the front of my pick up truck but then went back and scrub some more by hand to ensure cleanliness the front end of my pick up and windshields.Make sure you go and she is upfront!Service: Auto detailing

I enjoy going to tidal wave, I drive on a lot of gravel roads and my car is always shiny after using this car wash. I love that workers take their time to clean off your car before the actual wash, Adam always takes time to do a good job

Attendants are always awesome and do a good job scrubbing bugs off the front of my vehicle and my mirrors. Kaylen was also very friendly and informative of some changes. Love coming through here often! The membership is totally worth it and the free vacuums are so worth it too!

The best carwash experience I've ever had! One of the workers, Kaylen, saw that there was some tree sap on my car and went the extra mile by grabbing a special cleaner and scrubbed multiple times until it came off! Great customer service! I was greeted by a very nice attendant! She offered me there promotion and was very sweet and patient with me while I waited to make my decision. I definitely recommend giving this place your business. The membership is well worth the price, the free vacuums afterwards are a major perk as well- this all makes it super easy to keep my car looking nice! The staff is great and they are all always super friendly. Kaylen and Tony are awesome and do such a great job!
