Just got my Equinox serviced after taking it on a trip to Arkansas. Wanted to make sure everything was good & ready for winter! I called, they got me in right away, with clear concise directions of where to go. Ashley was great! The guys, (not that I know any of their names) were great! In & out in no time! I'm so happy with my Equinox! Thank you to everyone at Kemna Auto, service & parts, well as sales! You all are awesome!

Simply the best. I am above and beyond Satisfied with their services, my car is one running wonderfully. No lights. It's extremely satisfying having a functioning Ve a call and knowing that they did what they could to make sure it was safe and reliable before returning it to me.Would definitely consider their service is again without a second-thought.

We had a small issue with a part on a vehicle we purchased, Shane, Thomas and Team worked with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything before we left. Great work and awesome customer service. Would highly recommend.

Very quick and fully transparent team. No pressure from the staff to buy anything more than what I needed. Highly recommend if you are interested in an oil change and tire service in less than 45 minutes. Cozy waiting room with coffee and cookies as well.

Everyone did incredible, all things considered! With the internet being down like it was, it seemed like the whole city was having issues and nobody du knew what to do, but not the case at Kemna. Thomas in the service center was diligent about getting it done right, instead of cutting corners because of the issue. Went as far as putting his own hotspot on from his phone to help make sure I could get in same day for some necessary work. The service was great for my vehicle as well. All-in-all I would definitely recommend Kemna for your needs!

Techs and advisers are always kind and takes care of my vehicle needs. Service was done on schedule and timely..customer waiting room is clean an has snacks and drinks. Very pleased
