This small shop was able to diagnose and correct another shop's incomplete installation of a sensor. The owner/tech worked us into his schedule, confirmed the problem, checked part availability and was able to use the original part to get us on the road. We were lucky to have been referred to this shop. Definitely a thumbs up.

I took my Ford Explorer because the water pump was leaking. Hagen is cheaper compared to other shops.also very honest and excellent service highly recommend to everyone.

The nicest and most genuine person I have met in years. Not only did he go for a test drive with me and look at what I was concerned about. He then reassured me my car was doing fine at no charge for his time. What a great guy!!!! Thank you.

This shop has worked on and diagnosed several vehicles for me and my roommate. They always find the problem and get it fixed fast at a fair price. Best mechanic I've ever had!

Took very good care of me. Changed the water pump on my 2012 Audi A4 Quattro. Smooth process. Great group of guys here. Very knowledgeable.

I was down the street in a parking lot when I noticed my radiator had started leaking a far amount of coolant. A guy recommended I go to Robert Hagen's auto repair and they got my car checked out immediately and gave me the info I needed to repair it with a temporary fix to get me home as I'm from out of town. If I'm going through fort Dodge again and have a troubles this'll be the first place I look.

Rob is a knowledgeable mechanic. He is friendly and always makes time to get my vehicles in the shop. Most importantly, he's HONEST!! Highly recommended!!
