I've been there 2 times now and been very happy with their service. Plus both times they have been almost half the price of the dealer. If that isn't a good reason for 5 stars I don't know what would be. Thank you Pingle Tire

I've used Pingel's a couple of times now, but my most recent experience has cemented for me that they're one of the best in town. Not only did they get me in quicker than any other place could, the problem I needed looked at was a simple fix that they took care of without even charging me. In and out, taken care of in less than an hour. I won't go anywhere else!Service: Auto maintenance

After my car developed a wobble and I couldn't find any suspension issues I got it in for an alignment here. Although I requested a 4 wheel alignment I found out at the time of payment that I was only being charged for a 2 wheel alignment and that the rear was already in spec. While I appreciate the sentiment on saving customers money, my faith that the back was in spec was low as it had recently new slotted struts to adjust camber and new tires and hadn't been aligned yet, which were beginning to show a feather wear pattern. After getting the alignment, there is very little change in the wobbling, so I get the car in another shop for a diag and they find a rear hub assembly is pretty worn out. This makes me wonder how well my car was checked out before the alignment was done.Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my truck in before my appointment and they got my truck in about 5 to 10 minutes after I arrived for my front brakes. They answered all of my questions. I think I have found a new place to do my business with for my truck and way cheaper than the Ford dealership. Very friendly and polite staff. Did it in a reasonable time frame. Got coolant leak fixed. Turned out to be what I expected - water pump issue. Came in under estimate and done sooner than expected since a few appointments were cancelled. Reasonable price point. Good customer service.

I had an antifreeze leak in my older caravan I had called almost every mechanic shop in Fort Dodge to see what it would cost to look at my van and see if they can find the leak and give me an estimate. EVERYWHERE charges just to look at it. Pingles is free to look at it and I was so impressed with how very friendly the atmosphere was. I have found they are the cheapest in town. I couldn't believe how inexpensive they were. In a matter of an hour I had my van repaired. Thank you Pingle's Tire.Service: General repairs & maintenance

this is the first time i have needed to find an auto shop since moving to the area and i think i chose a great place. they were quick at getting me an appoinment and with the repairs and i was quite impressed with how close they were with their parts prices compared to the auto parts stores in the area. prices for labor were more than reasonable. i will think of them first for all future auto repair needs. and thank you so much for not making me feel taken advantage of just for being female in a typically male placeit was both enjoyable and refreshing doing business with a shop i could feel i could trust

Made an appointment and was able to get right in. Great customer service. They aligned my 2012 Audi. Took maybe half an hour. Very nice alignment machine. Vehicle drives perfect.

Went to Pingel Tyre to have my rack and pinion replaced. While at the shop my driver s side front strut became stuck, the technician Colin told me this was due to it being suspended on the type of lift that was used. Colin also informed me that this was a common issue, and they typically jump the vehicle off of curbs to get this unstuck. Since we had just received snow, they were unable to try this remedy, so Colin did replace the strut with a used one they supposedly had on hand. While they did replace the strut it was either installed incorrectly or another faulty part because the issue was not fixed. When I brought this concern up to them, Colin and Nick Weiss said that the best they could do was cover some of the parts and I d have to cover the rest of the parts and labor. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop because of the high price they quoted me for the new struts, as it turns out, the new shop quoted me for less than half of what Pingel did. As it turns out the new shop did find that the replaced strut was also faulty. When I called to get documentation for the strut replacement Colin informed me that he did not make any documentation of replacing the strut, but he could Make something up for me and add it to my old receipt. I feel that a business as well known and well-liked as Pingel Tyre should have fixed the issue correctly the first time or have done something more to remedy the issue, especially since the strut issue did not happen until it was in their shop, and I brought it in for a RACK AND PINION. Not only did they not fix an issue that was caused by them in their shop, they couldn t even provide the evidence of what they had done to my vehicle besides what it had come in for. After being a generational patron of Pingel Tyre for over 20 years I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

I was there early but they didn't make me wait. They got the vehicle right in. And an alignment for only $70 is great pricing. The guys were all very friendly and professional. Definitely going to be back!

I thought the service here was excellent. I got an appointment within a few days. They provided me with a free loaner car, which I really didn't need because they completely my vehicle within a couple of hours!

I have had both cars and pick up trucks serviced here and I am really happy with this auto shop. Rick and his employees really do a great job, they are excellent. I love how they are honest and truthful when explaining issues and giving you their opinion.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. 2 hours from home need our tire repaired have our 3 young children with us and my husband walked in at 1140 to ask them to repair our tire. Was told everyone is at lunch they can t help us until late afternoon. Will NEVER return
